1. Our inventory typically consists of new car trade-ins and not obtained from auctions.
2. Our prices are generally the lowest because of our lower overhead, and not due to poor quality.
3. We guarantee the best price within a 100 mile radius of our dealership for the same year make model, with similar miles and equipment.

I went in to purchase a vehicle. At first Both Alfonso and Tony were very nice. "I communicated mainly with Alfonso, up-until I went in". I wanted to pace... myself to ensure I was making the right decision. I wasn't ready to run my credit, just wanted to checkout the inventory, but Tony convinced me to do so. "I trusted his guidance on the process". I was approved, just needed to return with one source income verification. It was a Friday evening when I went in and I schedule a return for the upcoming Monday when I would be able to have enough time to Test drive a couple vehicles, I had showed up close to closing. On Sunday night I got a call saying my mother was hospitalized. I immediately text/emailed Alfonso, letting him know that I had to fly early the next morning, so he should inform Tony that we needed to reschedule, I should be back in a few days. Hours later I was informed that my mother died!! this changed the narrative. i.e.I needed more than a few days for funeral arrangement etc. Anyway, I spend a few days making funeral arrangements etc "DISTRAUGHT". I then updated Alfonso that my mother had infact died, I still want to purchase the vehicle "a vehicle", but I was busy with funeral arrangements, after the burial I would reach out to him "which would be barely an additional week"...when I was approved Tony said my approval was good for 30 days. First REDFLAG was that Tony asked what monthly payment I would be comfortable paying. I told him and he quoted a monthly payment that was $80.00 MORE nonchalantly, even then I was still going along. Alfonso answered every email I sent until I notified him that my mother had died and I needed a few more days. TOTAL SILENCE!!!.... NOTHING!! I figure he was upset that I didn't rush and get the vehicle immediately or they were stereotyping me "thinking I was backing out, JUDGING me wrongfully or something crazy" ???? Whatever it is, it made no SENSE. He had no business decorum at all. He never even said "Ok, get back to me when everything is taken care of and you are ready"....I didn't necessarily expect a "condolence", just a confirmation that my email was read and a few days was OK, yes or no! I just returned, checked my email and told myself I would take my business elsewhere. I am prepared to buy, so I called another dealer. The sad thing is that I really liked both of them "as people" and thought we would establish a decent business relationship. However, based on this, I believe if I had gotten a vehicle from them and it had problems they wouldn't care! with this in mind I did a research and saw LOTS of negative reports regarding lemons and underhanded deals from Both parties. So, in hindsight my mother's death helped me to dodge a bullet. I don't know if they thought the few thousands I had to put down would go towards the funeral and I probably wouldn't be able to buy anymore>>>???? I am still trying to figure out what happened. In any event, that money was reserved specifically for that purpose and was not used for anything else.
The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a truck from this the day after Christmas and the engine was gone by March, read the carfax... afterward and the truck had not had an oil change since July and it was being driven for 5-6 months with high mileage, called the manager that sold me the vehicle TONY and he offered no assistance, not even a discount on a new engine I had extended warranty on the vehicle but they wouldn't pay for it because the problem was pre-existing which means the dealership knew that the truck had an issue and sold it anyway. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE buy a vehicle from them if I could give a negative star rating I would
I worked with Alfonso on the purchase of my car, but it was Tony the Sales Manager that made my car buying process amazing. I went in with a price in mind... and he took the time to sit with me and explain why the car was priced the way it was priced and the best price possible (which was the internet price). He gave me a decent price from my trade in and allowed me to use my own lender for the loan. It was a great great experience. I love my car and it was all thanks to Tony!

I could write a lengthy review of my experience with this establishment with names and everything but quite honestly it's not worth my time so I'll just... sum it up with some bullet points. - seedy car lot feel the moment you walk on the property - sold a decent truck for what was thought to be a decent price, if you take into consideration inconsistent and sometimes incomprehensible communications throughout the process for an out of town buyer - said truck that passed Virginia inspection once brought home had front shocks leaking and a valve cover leak that will total well over $1500 when said and done, maybe VA has garbage inspections, but it certainly begs to question their touted inspection - was hit with a bogus $70 dealer business tax fee, one that I was just too exhausted to even bring up by the time I got there - they knew I flew in from out of town and was going to drive it 9 hours home and it still took bargaining for them to fill the tank up before leaving - post sale and after 3 weeks of dragging their feet on the getting the registration and title taken care of I had to request they send all of it to me to do myself at my local tag office - icing on the cake: the refund of the tax, title and registration didn't even include transfer and title fee, a mere $28 you say, but the nail in the coffin for what type of establishment this is
Deceptive business practices!!! All set to drive over two hours to purchase a used vehicle when they sold the car right out from under us despite leaving... deposit information, voice mail and email! Financing was all arranged and we were all set! Then they lied when they said they tried to contact us! It’s 2018 and they had our cellphone only to tell us they sold the vehicle. Would never “attempt” a purchase here!!!
I worked with Francisco who was very professional. Tony was awesome as well. Great experience overall!!! I will recommend WBM to all my friends and family.
John the salesman and Tony the sales manager were absolutely fabulous and the most easiest dealers I have ever worked with and would recommend anyone to... buy from them
I flew from Louisville, KY for this car, yes I am an Audi enthusiast. This is the typical used car dealer that chooses to keep their overhead low, and... I congratulate them on a job well done. I am happy with my purchase even though the previous owner was a smoker and WBM worked hard to mask the odor. I'm going to invest in a professional smoke mitigation / treatment. WBM didn't claim to repair anything and I'm glad they didn't clean the engine bay. Lots of cars can be ruined by a poor engine bay cleaning, it's better left to professionals; thanks guys. They stand firm by their pricing, which is the way of the current times, but don't forget to ask for a military discount if you've earned one. Tony was very appreciative of those that serve or have served. Alfonso worked hard to get me in and out quickly, at my request. My purchase was a cash deal so it should be a fast transaction, and it was. When Alfonso had an issue printing the temporary tag for my car another sales rep helped him out without hesitation. Their office was adequate given the fact they choose to keep their overhead low. Don't expect to receive the royal treatment, it's not that kind of dealership. Small desks in small spaces, but there's nothing wrong with that in my opinion. If it keeps my costs down, kudos bother! The dealer fee was appropriate to the service rendered. I would recommend or buy again without hesitation!
Helpful info was provided in a polite and professional response to a general inquiry. Although I did not pursue the particular vehicle, I appreciated... the help I received.
Sorry Antonio and Tony, you seemed nice, but I need to warn others... Last weekend we drove 12 hours round trip to purchase a used MB E550. I was emailed... the Carfax report and copy of the initial sticker prior. Since both Tony and Antonio knew that this would be an overnight commute for us, and the finance dept. wouldn't be available on Sunday, all financing (including a deposit) was handled prior to leaving our house. We were ready to go pick up our car! When we arrived and drove the car, we found out that SEVERAL of the advertised features were not actually on the car! These features were listed in neon lights type of font across the photo of the car on the ad on their site! They were also listed on the sticker that was emailed to me. (features such as, "Parktronic w/ parking guidance & Lane Tracking, Blind Spot Monitor, etc...") I wish I had the ability to load in this review the copy of the ad that I saved. NONE of those features were actually on the vehicle! Antonio was in the vehicle with us when we made this discovery. He asked me if those features were really important to me. I said, "Yes, they're a deal breaker"! His reply was that I should've asked them on the phone before we drove up if those features were actually on the car, and that is why they put on their website that they can't guarantee features that are listed. Are you kidding me? You expected me to ASK if what you had listed in neon light font across the picture of the vehicle on your website was ACTUALLY on the car? And, you expected me to verify that EACH of the roughly 18K in upgrades that were listed on the sticker that you emailed me were each actually really in the vehicle?! There were 8 upgraded packages listed on that sticker, each with several features. 90% of those features were not on the car!! My advice would be to respond with something other than what sounds like MY FAULT! We had just driven from Charlotte, NC to purchase the car that you advertised! How about telling me that you are so very sorry for not verifying that the car had all that was advertised (in neon light font) before we made that long trip! Needless to say, we left without purchasing the car. In addition, we had provided a deposit that we were told would be refunded, should the car not be to our liking. Since neither the finance dept., nor Tony, the manager whom we had discussed all financing with prior, were working that Sunday, Antonio told us that he'd make sure we were refunded on Monday. I expected to receive an apology call from Tony, the manager, on Monday morning. I did not. In fact, I had to call to remind them to process my refund. When I called, neither Tony or Antonio would take my call. (I'm going to assume that they were with customers) But, they never called me back! I had left a message that I needed the refund, and wanted a copy of the receipt. No return call. No receipt. I finally got a copy of the refund receipt today (Thursday), after I called again. The bottom line is that while I do not think these guys INTENDED to falsely advertise the vehicle (they have since removed the upgrades listed in neon lighting on the ad), they are certainly not thorough in their process. Tony and Antonio, PLEASE do not boldly advertise a feature that you haven't verified in a vehicle! It's not a huge issue for people who live close by, but for those of us who have a 2 day commute, it's infuriating! AND, please don't make it MY FAULT! AND, please apologize when something like this happens. I did purchase a different E550. It has those features that yours was missing. Unfortunately, it also has 14 K more miles on it. BUT, I paid $4,000 less!
