Everyone was very nice and helpful and kind.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and kind. I really appreciate them and especially Tommy for helping me with my new ride. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. This is a great place to start looking for a ride.

Dealer was OK, not happy with Service.

Dealer was OK, not happy with Service. I went in for issue / (warranty in place). Engine light on. VW would not find issue and fix, they just turned engine light off a couple of times and let me go. I contacted VW for help. Light on again! I cannot understand why. Now the warranty is expired.!!! And brakes- VW told me I needed brakes fixed, then added rotors!! My bill $700!! My car was practically new only about 20,000 miles.!!! Doesn’t sound right. I’m working with them right now. Service inspection due I’m making appointment for that. They offered to sell me a NEW vehicle but I’m retired and don’t want another 5 yr. “ NOTE” all over, only owe $1800 on my vehicle. Hope we can work this out, get my vehicle where I trust driving it again. Thank You

This place is horrible.

This place is horrible. Each time I’ve visited it’s been nothing but issues. There’s a guy in the service department named Stephen that will not return phone calls. I needed to check status of my vehicle service repair. Was told he was the person with whom I needed to speak. I had to request a manager for assistance. Spoke with Justin. He was finally able to give me an update. I’d also spoke with and was in constant communication with Jessi. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She works with a different department but was still able to help. If I can EVER avoid this place I will at all costs. They are only good for recalls and that’s not a guarantee pleasant experience either.

Assume the worst and you won’t be disappointed.

Assume the worst and you won’t be disappointed. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They always say they’re down to 1 tech. You can never get them on the phone. Will not look at your car at the time of your appointment. Stay away from here. It’s the absolute worst! I hear D’Iberville VW is nice though!

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 9:03 AM, I received an email from Volkswagen of America with my May Health Report. Within the report, I was advised to scroll down for important notices, where I found information about a Compliance Recall on my Atlas. Wanting to address it properly, I reached out to my Sales Professional via phone. He didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. He later texted me, acknowledging my message and suggesting that I call back the next day to speak with Chelsea, a Service Advisor, who could help schedule an appointment to resolve the recall. When I called and explained the situation to Chelsea, I let her know that I wasn’t available at the times offered and that I would call back to schedule. At the end of the call, she told me I could call back the next day and speak with anyone to schedule. While this may have been intended to be helpful, it came across as dismissive — as if I was being passed off rather than assisted. It left me feeling like I was a bother, rather than a valued customer seeking support for a legitimate recall issue. I hope this feedback encourages more consistent and customer-focused communication from the service team. Recall issues are important, and customers deserve to feel supported — not brushed off.
