Sales department was greedy, opportunistic and unprofessional. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this company afeter my experience. Additionally I have and will continue to tell anyone I know to NEVER buy a vehicle from this company. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime and have never had such a negative experience.

You're kidding me, right! I knew what the trade in value for my vehicle was before I even went to your dealership. I told Bern that his original offer was too low. He told me that they would re-evaluate when my new vehicle came in (for which I was paying full sticker price). My truck ws then re-appraised with a very slight increase, still way below market "trad-in" value. The icing on the cake wa when I responded that the trade-in offer was too low, I was just haded my keys and told to have a nice day!
