    I submitted an inquiry on a car that we were interested in purchasing. I will shortly thereafter contacted by a sales rep whom answered a few questions and then all the sudden disappeared her sales manager started asking me questions I responded replied and provided the requested documentation and information and still no one has called me back

    After finding the car on Cars.com one evening, I requested to be contacted. I received an email response early the next morning. When I called the sales assistant and asked to speak to a Corvette sales person, I was transferred to Matt. Matt was very helpful in getting additional info to me. He personally did a video of the car while describing it in detail. After reviewing the info and watching the video, I called Matt and gave him my initial offer. He didn't call me back that evening, so I called the following day. I was told his manager said 'no' to my offer and that the dealership would not come off the asking price. I couldn't believe it. Several days later I got an automated email from the general sales manager asking how they had done and offering his assistance. I called him and explained my experience and what I had been told. I raised my offer and he immediately said we had a deal. After giving him my credit card for a deposit, I told him I would drive down over the weekend to inspect the vehicle and finalize the deal. After driving through the tail-end of Hurricane Hermine, we arrived Saturday morning at the dealership. For the next 3 hours I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of Stingray Chevrolet. Everyone, from the mechanics that put the vette on the lift for me to inspect to the owner himself, was extremely friendly, courteous and focused on customer service. I've bought more than 20 vehicles in my driving years and Never have I been so impressed by a dealership. A car guy like me could spend a couple days exploring all of the vehicles on display (I don't mean the new cars). Classic vette's like a '56, a '63 split window, 60's and '70's to full-out racing cars. Unfortunately due to the weather, we had to leave before touring their full restoration center and seeing some of their frame-off projects. The owner's passion for vehicles is clearly evident. The owner has developed a great work environment and customer-focused attitude with his employees. The dealership motto,"Relax, and enjoy the difference", is an accurate description of what to expect. When I'm ready to buy my next vette, I know where I'm going to start!

    I always have bad experience on getting attended here at the service area..they just walk past me when I'm next to my vehicle..I literally have to go look for someone to help me..not good at all They need to work really really hard on knowing how to receive customers and treating them well.

    Mike Hinton is an AWESOME salesperson. I bought my 2016 Camaro RS on December 18th. Mike was there through the process without pressure or the usual sales tactic. This is the type of salesperson that everyone should be. He is courteous and goes above and beyond to assist the customer. This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Stingray and Mike was always there. I recommend him to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. Thank you Mike - I LOVE my new car.

    We purchased a 2015 Chevy Malibu on 12/26/15. We were extremely pleased with the service received. The sales manager, Eric Gerts and the Business Manager, Nick Ricketts were immensely professional and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the deal. We were happy to hear how much they respect the dealership and owners, which they both expressed separately. The experience exceeded our expectations and we now have a new dealership.
