    I would just want to say that I was totally impressed with the quality service i received while working with Ken Langham of Walser Hyundai. Very friendly, very informative/helpful, in my buying experience. I would definately shop here again. The only bad experience i didn't care for, I must say is that there is a finance manager I believe, didn't catch his name, but very cocky/smug, almost like a scheister demeaner. Treated us like we were going to a carhop, and made a statement, about us and out money, that "he didn't care what we did, as long as he had the check", didn't care for him at all. But Courtney,actually stepped in and saved the day for us, as we were about to go elsewhere.

    After previously leasing and buying an Elantra from this dealer, I felt quite comfortable in buying another one from this dealer. However, when the new Elantra turned out to have a mold problem that I could not deal with, the dealer (in particular, New Car Manager, Chad Kosovan) was unwilling to help. When I brought the car in and explained the situation, he never offered to take a look at it. I requested an exchange for a comparable Elantra; he refused. He told me that he would get in touch with the district supervisor and call me at home. Later, he had the salesman who had sold me the car, call me back and inform me that they were unwilling to do anything for me. With my back against the wall and unable to continue dealing with the effects of the mold, I dropped off the car and the keys with the dealer. They still offered no help. At that point I needed a car, Walser Hyundai was not willing to help, so I went to a competitor and purchased a vehicle there. Later, I was finally able to get in touch with a senior manager (Chad) at Walser corporate. When he questioned Roman Kosovan about this issue, Roman covered his rear by claiming he had offered an exchange right from the getgo. Chad believed him and held me accountable for the car. The staff at Walser are very insincere and arrogant. Beware if you ever encounter a problem with a vehicle. Their bottom line is more important than assisting their customers.

    I found your salesperson very knowledgeable and well versed on the product and products. There was not one question that was not answered in a positive and polite way. The extra info about the car was impressive all the way to the quality of steel used. The facility however I really don't feel is fair to your salespeople and customers for the simple reason there is no privacy. I felt like I was buying a car in a cafeteria. Your salespeople need a desk!! When the door opens on a windy day paper is flying around about me, not professional. All your people were very polite and upbeat, good for you! Now give them a facility that they can do the great job they are already doing. Your salesperson I worked with was James Breissford. He truly is a good one!!

    I have been shopping for a car and have read the reviews for Hyundai and was very impressed by the safety features and quality for the vehicle. My girlfriend has had a Hyundai for several years with very little maintenance. The Salesman that assisted me was James Breissford, he was very helpful and knew so much about each car that I test drove. I am still trying to decide and now that I know the price range, I am saving for my down. Very impressed. The thing I didn't like about the dealership was how all the sales people and buyers are just sitting out in the open. NO PRIVACY! I think the dealership should have some cubicals and desks for the salesman when they are doing the paperwork and asking private info. Kinda feels like you are sitting in a lunch room. James was very patient and I would definitely request him again and refer him to my friends

    My salesman James Berrisford was wonderful. I have been working with James for over a month now to find the car I have been looking for. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, going the extra mile to make this transaction as easy as possible. He took the time to test drive several cars so I could compare and make the right choice. I have driven a SUV for many years and wanted to switch to a sedan. He took the time to set everything up for me and explain the features. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Great Job And NEVER PUSHY Thank YOU
