My experience was great. I showed up an hour before closing and was met with great customer service. The weather was horrible (cold and raining) Amber... went and got the vehicle i had in question but it wasnt everythink i wanted. Amber, Kip, and other mangers went out of there way to find and bring me trucks to fulfill what i was looking for. Working long into the night they never once gave up on taking care of me. Negotiating pricing was a breeze. Overall great experience. Thanks to Amber and Kip i am happy with my new purchase.

Purchased 2014 chev 2500HD. 500 miles later fuel pump failed ruining fuel system. Repair were $8100. 7 months later left us stranded near Amarillo due... to faulty turbo sensor. Cost $1350. I had no complaint with HENSON'S service, but this truck is a real lemon! Most recent fiasco was last week. Returning from Ft Worth the turbo booster tube came off leaving us stranded in Fairfield at 7PM. Had vehicle towed to HENSON $228. The next day they called and said the turbo had failed. $4400 to replace. Quite a shock!! I called my mechanic in Conroe and he told me to get it to him. We went and got it. A $200 booster tube hose was all that was needed. All the codes were related to the tube coming loose. I have never had this bad an experience in over 55 years of buying cars. BUYER BEWARE! The

I found a 2015 Ruby Red 4x4 Limited Expedition online in the extended inventory of my local dealer but they were unwilling to acquire it for me. I traced... it to Henson and called to schedule a test drive only to find out it hadn't arrived yet. They promised to call when it came in. I checked I a week later and they still had the note to call me when it arrived. I got the call a few days later first thing in the morning and drove up that afternoon. The process was easy and straight forward and I drove home my new SUV just a few hours later. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the second loaded Expedition I purchased from Henson and I am sure it won't be the last.
I would give these awesome people a 5 star review as they are so kind always thinking of a way to help their customers or anyone looking for a vehicle... or searching for help in a way that no other person would try to help them out. The free vehicles that they give to help someone out who has no means of transportation, a job where you can work from home, a daycare for their employees, and different ways to help them out. I have a daughter that is looking for a vehicle and I am sending her there. Just want to thank you all for all you do.

Will never go back to this place was told by the salesman that we had a done deal and that I would be driving off with a new truck and that was a lie it... was never a done deal don’t trust theses people
