I spoke with Bryan to set up the appt who was pleasant on the phone as well as in person. He kept me in the loop on the issue being fixed as well as how much longer I had to wait. He added a coupon to my service fee which helped tremendously with the cost. He also guided me to a salesman that he trusted to show me a few vehicles that I may be interested in buying. I spoke with a few others at an earlier date that weren’t as pleasant which persuaded me to not get service at this location but Bryan changed my outlook on the service center in surprise. Had a glitch in Colorado heating system. Was repaired under warranty and no issues since.Was given prompt appointment and given ride home. When truck work completed I was picked up and brought to dealership.
