Service appointment

Very pleased, time was close to what I was told when I came in. recall notice what checked and that saved me having to come back, I appreciate that alot. My service rep, Al, is very courtious and did a great job at keeping me up to date as to progress in the shop.

Clean and Friendly

I like the fact that the GM, GMS are willing to be out on the floor interacting with the customers and that there available at any time.

Awesomeness

I owned a 2009 Malibu I brought in for routine service. While waiting I seen the 2014 Malibu and fell in love with it. Dave Gonzales worked with me for quite awhile, I am very picky. Dave Gonzales was very patient and understanding. I was very pleased to be driving my brand new, first brand new car off the lot. Thank you Dave Gonzales for your time, if it wasn't for your patient I might not have bought the car..

Sands Chevy never lets me down

Sands Chevy in Surprise never lets me down. I have always done business with the guys over at Sands in Surprise and will continue to. David Gonzales has been my salesman for every purchase and I have never had a problem. The entire staff there is nice and friendly. If you are in search of a new vehicle, I would totally recommend Sands Chevy in Surprise. 100% customer satisfaction here!

Great, no hassle, service!

Service dept

Vehicle was having an issue was resolved in a timely manner besides not having a loaner even though my vehicle is still under warranty but other then that vehicle running fine now .
