Completed on time and correctly

Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed and hand dried it again and it looks good. Worked with Ken Ashby who took care of me. He knows what he is doing and kept me informed along the way.

Fast and efficient service

Jake, always provides great service and speed is also very important when you depend on your vehicles to perform your daily functions. with Jake at Sands Chevrolet that is always his priority to return vehicles an soon as possible which makes life 100% easier to comply with the dat to day quota. Poor Service

I bought a new Equinox and received 2 free oil changes. I go in for my oil change and the service Rep wants me to rotate my tires. Mind you they only have 6000 miles on them. I said not this time because it would cost 120.00 dollars and that was with a discount then on the invoices the mechanic wrote that he checked all fluids and rotated tires. when my husband lifted the hood there was dust on the engine and no finger prints on the radiator to show that the water had been checked etc Just to add I had an appointment

recap on my pitstop

if you’re wondering if a car dealership is going to really take care of you walking in to the dealership with high expectations. there’s one thing you have to keep in mind if there’s something that concerns you or something you’re not happy with you have to give them the chance to meet your expectations you have to let them now if there something you’re not happy with or something that concerns you if it’s something with the vehicle or the people that work for the dealership so basically what I’m saying there was concerns on how my experience was I told Mike the service manager my concerns he told me to come back again to take care of the things I wasn’t happy about and that’s what makes a good dealership so I’m extremely happy with the end result of my experience with the Sands in Surprise I highly recommend this dealership my car salesman was Brian bowling Internet sales if you’re looking for a vehicle. if you’re going for a pitstop or you need something done to your car Mike service manager these two people are very highly recommended in my book

Found my problem and now repaired...under warrantee so thanks for finding the problem early . JEANE WAS A Great help... Hope not to need service again soon. Thank you

Great service

Everyone is so pleasant and attends to you immediately. I cannot say anything negative or just average about my multiple visits for oil change. They are wonderful.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! My cell service guy can Ashley was fantastic he was very surreal and make sure the service I need was what I got and then some. Very refreshing to know that I can take my car to this dealership and not have to worry about anything!

Fast and courteous

Had recall work and oil change. Painless!! Thank you! Reasonably priced and recall work done quickly. Loved shuttle so I didn't have to stay

No appointment....no problem!

It doesn't matter if it's a last minute decision to get your oil changed or emergency where you need to have a flat tire repaired or replaced. Every time I have driven up and asked for assistance from my regular service representative Robert or anyone else that is available , I have received great service at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise! I have never been turned away and their team goes above and beyond to meet my service requests. Thank you!
