Was a great service

Peddar Nissan was great service station. Great service people were real helpful service was clean wait time was very fast offered water and snacks as I waited for my car

Found diagnosis to be wrong but still had to pay 130.00

I was quoted an outrageous price to replace the rack and pinion on my 2008 Nissan Versa witch I paid $130.00 fore and turn out be something else simple. What a rip off

Car was not washed, Two plus hours for an oil change?

It was not the service that was provided in the past. I have one more prepaid service remaining and it will probably be the last.

Great service

Fast professional took care of everything. We went for our 24 month service and found our battery failed. They replaced it under warranty. Thank you.

Dislike Pedder

The service center people got me in and out pretty fast but I was super disappointed that I had to pay for a brand new battery right after buying and driving off the lot. I will never recommend pedder to anyone.

Not Happy

I bought a car from you and the next day it wont start. Not happy at all. Justin was great and was up front and honest but the service dept must not have checked it out and I live up in the mountains so glad it does in my driveway rather than on my way home on the mountain road. I hope you guys replace my battery for free since I havent even had it 24 hours.

Great service

Kait gave me pricing options based on the exact service I needed and also informed me of the new courtesy vehicle vacuum and tire shine. Always friendly and informative and a great value.

Oil change

Rep was awesome, very nicer and helpful; however, I had 2 new tires on the front side of the car and they rotated the newer ones to the back, which didn't make sense, since the Sentra is front wheel drive and they had marked one of the older tires in red. That was the only complaint I had.

Not the same

I have been going to Pedder Nissan since I bought my car. Today was the worst. My service advisor was new and clueless. I asked only for an oil change. They called an hour later to say I needed spark plugs and a battery for $450. I said no. When I arrived an hour later, my paperwork was not ready, he didn’t know where my car was and told me the keys where in it when they were on his desk right in front of him. They have had major turn over of their service advisors and it shows. They either lost or let go of the good ones. I now feel I’m going to get ripped off when I go there. I won’t be going back.
