I went in to purchase a BMW they had advertised online for $15,111. When it was time to do the paperwork, the car had an additional $2,700 added to the price for what I was told, "their profits" and that the price of $15,111 was what they would write a check to the bank for, which is what was owed on the car. xxx? Plus they had fees, fees, and more fees, making the car almost $20,000 BEFORE taxes were added. SHAMEFUL SALES TACTICS!!! They should advertise the car for the REAL price and not some BS price.

I wanted to buy a car what they advertise here I asked if they have the car and the answer was they can't tell me because they only serve customers from miami...so go xxxx your self !

Made an appointment to see a car. The appointment was literally two hours from the phone call. The car of interest was available per phone call appointment. Arrived at the dealership, the car of interest was sold. Really!!! Not even notify the customer about the car being sold and tried to sell a different car upon arrival. This is typical bait and switch dealership!

They advertise cars with good prices and when you get there they will tell you that car is sold and try to sell you the same car for much more. Then the salesperson tells me that their inventory in cars.com only update every 21 days. Lot of bs

They will lie to you and tell you they have a car just so you can show up. They are trying to get you to finance by buying a newer car. If thats what your going there for then more power to you. If it seem too good to be true, then it probably is. Be cautious!!!

The listing price doesn't reflect the real price. They add 4-5000 thousands extra and try to say thats the down payment to get the financing. Horrible place. Go and find your car somewhere else!

Viewed website and requested information regarding a car listed and if it was still available. I had viewed many other cars that I was interested also. I visted the dealership and asked regarding the car I had inquired about on the their website. The car salesman stated that the specific car I was asking about was no longer available. I proceeded to ask about the other cars, listed in inventory on their website that I had also looked out, if they were available and the sales gentleman said that those cars listed were also not available. I was extremely disappointed!

Read fine print. Any price you see is actually $5,000 less than the reality. Oh and half the cars you see are not in their inventory. FYI

I contacted dealership after going on website. Dealership sends me a text saying the are selling to customers in Miami and Hollywood area. Who turns down a sure sale?

I went in to the location on 441 by the Hard Rock because I was told that the vehicle that was being advertised online would be at this location. I was told Gianni (a sales rep and manager) would be waiting for me. I showed up, was introduced to Gianni who told me he would check to see if the car was on the premises. Well, I waited...but the vehicle wasn't there...after I was told specifically it was there and Gianni would be showing me the car. What a waste of my time. The vehicle is being advertised online, so this is false advertising, or a ploy to get potential buyers to come out to the dealership. Nick, another rep. explained to me that the only cars on the lot were 2017's and up. So newer cars. Again, online they are advertising older model vehicles in good condition for purchase but none are available through this company. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Nick was polite, and all the lovely "positive" quotes on the wall don't make up the deception a customer can feel after being lured onto the lot only to be told that what is being advertised is NOT available.
