Great Experience

The salesman (Darren) was friendly and honest and got right to the point and answered every question. There was no heavy sales pressure. Suggestions and options were thoroughly explained.

The best in the west

The most helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendliest auto dealership I have ever been to. Been going there for years. The sales folks and sales manager are the best in their field. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Thank you for my new car

I was helped by Henry Rodriguez and had a great and easy experience. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through every step of buying my first car on my own. He was very personable. You can tell he just wanted to do what was best for me since I was new, and even gave me a great deal. My family has bought Hondas at the Folsom location before, and we have always had great experiences. The finance manager Joshua was also funny and personable, and made everything super smooth and easy.

I had battery issues in inclement weather on my way to

I had battery issues in inclement weather on my way to Salinas to meet with a funeral home there to finalize arrangements for my loved one on December 6th. Stopping for gas at Costco, it took 15 minutes to restart my car from the pump. I directly drove to the dealership and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait to be seen without an appointment, which would have caused me to miss the funeral home appointment. Rescheduling would have been difficult and my hotel lodging was non-fundable. Erynn Thurmond and Ku Lee were very kind and empathetic to my situation and replaced my battery in under an hour so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. I think these employees went above and beyond to help and support me during my sad time of loss. I am very thankful for their kindness and assistance.

Great experience

Great experience. Henry was outstanding. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but extremely helpful in explaining to me what was included. He was very professional, personable and respectful of my time and wishes. He went above and beyond. Between he and Tom it was like buying a car from a good friend. Best experience I've had. Even the the finance guy was awesome.
