    The headlights on my Prius both failed to come on as I moved the car at my hotel, so I went to Carlock Toyota next day and they had the problem fixed and me on the road within the hour, no appointment, just showed up.

    Do not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a toyota. Toyota makes a quality vehicle, but this dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with. They rush you through the sales process and once you drive off the lot with your new vehicle the customer service stops. Service department will not take your complaints seriously and you will spend hours waiting for service, unless your paying for service out of pocket. There are other dealerships in the area that actually treat you like a customer should be treated.

    The buying process was POSITIVE. I purchased a truck at a good price, and received a fair trade-in value as well. That's giving credit where it’s due. The NEGATIVE came on the back end. They needed a title on my trade-in, a month after the deal, and treated me like an ex-con in the process even though I was cooperative. No tact whatsoever. I have no plans of ever doing business with them again, and I have no idea why anyone else would either.

    NOTHING on the lot was priced. I test drove a 2013 Nissan Rogue and was interested. When I asked the salesman about this he didn't know the price and wasn't allowed to tell me even if he did, that I wouldn't be told this until I went to F/I. I went inside and F/I ran my credit and asked if he could get my payment between 380-390 per month would I buy the SUV. He wanted me to sign a document committing me to buy the vehicle right there. I told him it was insane that no one would show me what the price actually cost and the total amount I would be financing. He told me that it didn't matter that he could make the numbers say whatever? When he left the room and I was alone with the salesman I told him I felt very uncomfortable and could understand why no one would give me a price. He told me they weren't allowed to talk about pricing until I was actually in the F/I office and that once I was there, I would be given a complete breakdown of the pricing. When I got back into F/I I was shown the price of the vehicle, $2300. Right there, I pulled up this vehicle on the dealerships own website but marching VIN numbers and it was listed at $2000. I immediately called out F/I on trying to take advantage of me and the guy claimed he had given the wrong price by the salesman. Needless to say, I walked out right then. They tried to get me to take the vehicle home with me to drive over the weekend as I was leaving, but I politely declined.

    My experience at this dealership was horrible. Basically I committed to purchasing a vehicle, lined up financing and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle and the sales person sold it from underneath me. Literally, I was waiting to sign the bill or sale and had the money wire set up. To top it off, he texted me to tell me this!! This really happened. I called the manager and general manager to complain and did not receive a call back. Really? Go somewhere else, anywhere. Hope all those visiting Toyota execs get a chance to read this about their dealership closest to the new plant.

    Before visiting Carlock Toyota, I called to check on the availability of an RX350 I had seen on line. I talked to Richard Porter, who greeted us warmly the next day. Richard was a fairly new salesperson but he was very professional in his handling of the sale. I had a CarFax review in hand and I actually had more info on the car than he did. However, we built a good rapport. Everything about our experience at Carlock was good except for the pricing. I had inquired online about the price of the car, and it was much lower than the "negotiated" price I was given. During these proceedings, I received an e-mail on my Iphone quoting me the price. The dealer was shocked at the quote but kindly honored the price. I am grateful. The only other negative was that I needed to contact the finance person during the week of the sale and NEVER received a return call from her.
