Very happy with my used car I bought there.

Very happy with my used car I bought there. Recently brought it in for an oil change and spoke with my salesperson Tyler and Used car Mgr Dan(?) about an issue. The were very responsive and took immediate action to correct the issue at no cost to me. Very much appreciated. I had a rotten experience with my last auto purchase and this customer service was very, very refreshing.

Fine Dealership.

absolutely do not spend your time or money here.

absolutely do not spend your time or money here. incompetent sales team, lazy and downright awful techs. the salesman, Peter D., was so worried about getting home when finalizing my sale, he forgot to give me my license back. I had an issue with the vehicle about a week after I bought it, so brought it in to be checked out. i was told i needed all new brake pads and rotors, as they tried to charge me another $1000, because Mike, their used car service lead, just didn't want to do the brakes before the sale. Mike would also not come speak to me when I was asking about the brakes. I now have the paperwork that notes they knew about this before I bought the vehicle and were just too lazy to put like $300 worth of work on a car im overpaying for as it is. the salesman never told me about the ecoboost feature of the car and when I tried to call about getting some help because the car was shutting off on me, I got the run around and then ignored and still have not gotten any response. it's been about a week. overall, just inconceivably terrible. please check out some of the smaller places in the state if you're looking. I would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

An apology I owe them

A misunderstanding, on my part led me to condemn this dealership, like I said MY part. The owner called me personally and has offered to take another look at the car. He is going above and beyond his obligation to me and I owe him and the dealership a sincere apology. A reinvention of the car is scheduled for next week and hopefully we can work this out. Once again my apology to Bald Hill Kia and all their personnel

Highly Recommend Bald Hill Kia and Erika Marfeo!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with Bald Hill Kia. It was excellent and successful experience! My Salesperson, Erika Marfeo was fantastic! She really went out of her way to discuss in detail all of the options that I could get with the new Kia Sportage’s that I was inquiring about. Her experience and knowledge was second to none. The empathy, professionalism, and courtesy she showed throughout the process was the best I’ve experienced in 25 years of driving. Also, the finance manager Dan, and Business Manager, Charlie were both fantastic as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who just wants to be treated properly without feeling like they were pressured!

ERIKA MARFEO Bald Hill kias auto pro best agent

My sales agent was great. she went over an above what I exspected an I would like to thank her for that she took the time to explan all the controls to my wife.she delived the car to my home and made shore it had new plates on it. wich she installed. she is a product Specialist please thank her for doing such a great job.

Kia on Bald Hill Ave is a top notch dealership

I have a 2022 kia ev6,Ive owned it for 6 months now an its the best car I have ever owned .I brought it in for a 6 month check up an the service at Bald Hill kia was absolutely the best. I was in an out in minutes an they had an uber ready to take me where ever I needed to go. Dealership is A + David from Cranston
