    Bought brand new f150 in March i was assured it would hold value.I traded for f359 in sept my f150 was worth half what i gave for it and i put 10,000 in... upgrades on it also to sweetin the pie i had to trade 2006 dodge 3500 with 4000 in wheels and tires alone go 7000 for it.The dealer put bed liner in and couple b.s.items but the brand new running boards look like they been dragged across pavement i called and said something no answer like always.My xxx really hurts after dealing with this dealership twice.I would love to sue this dealership lies upon lies.

    Great job to Taylor, Ethan and the entire sales team. Everyone was very professional and accommodating to both my wife and I. We will highly recommend... Waxahachie Ford to our friends for future purchases. Additionally, our experience with service at this dealership has been excellent.

    Cannot thank Waxahachie Ford enough the fantatsic service and customer excellence. We just bought our second car in 3 months..it is our 6th car overall... with them. JT Thomas was our new car advisor who was outstanding. All the the staff was wonderful. From the James mgr who contacted us let us know about new specials and incentives, discounts that enables us to get into a new car where we could not before. Chris the finance mgr was awesome and was amazing and thinking outside of the box...thank you again Waxahachie Ford team for treating us like family...yours truly a life long

    Aaron was my salesman and was great to deal with. I knew what I wanted and he helped make it happen along with his manager. Minimal games and pretty... straight forward deal- unusual for a used car dealer. I’m very happy with my car, the deal and the great service from Aaron and team.

    It was my first time buying a new vehicle and after hearing so many horror stories I was not looking forward to it. First day at the dealership I just... wanted to test drive a few trucks. The most "pushy" thing the salesman did was suggest that I test drive the F250's to compare it to the F150's. He suggested this since my wife mentioned we haul a travel trailer and we will likely need a bigger trailer soon. I'm sure glad he suggested testing the F250, which is now my new truck. Anyways, I told him I was going to do some research and shop around and left. I looked at two other dealers and each had the stereotypical salesman who was blowing up my phone day after day. About a week later, (that's right, a whole week without a hearing from the them) Casey sent me a text just to let me know they got in a few more options in the F250 I enjoyed test driving. At this point I knew I was getting a new 2019 F250, I was just deciding which packages I preferred. Through a few more texts I set up another test drive. The night prior to our scheduled test drive I had an unexpected ER visit for our border collie and basically we couldn't leave her side the day I had this test drive planned. I texted my salesman, Casey, late at night asking if the dealership was by chance dog friendly and he promptly informed me that they love dogs and to bring her along for the test drives. Test drove two more trucks, and after the wife and dogs approval we sat down to crunch numbers. I knew I was going to finance through my own lender rather than the dealership and he didn't mind at all. Of course, he had to show me that they could match my APR, terms and payments but I felt more comfortable going through my lender and that was that. By lunch time I had a new truck and we were on our way. I would like to thank my friendly and accommodating salesman, Casey Gonzales. Allowing me to take my dog for test drives in more than one truck, not even knowing if I would be buying it from them meant a lot to me! The convenient text conversations allowed me to go about my daily duties without having to be thinking about the truck 24/7. I can say with conviction that I am extremely pleased with my experience at Waxahachie Ford and that they have earned my business beyond just this truck purchase. It might be a little out of the way, but I'll gladly add a 15 minutes drive for top notch treatment and service! Thank you again Casey, and Waxahachie Ford!

    We bought a Ford Fiesta, Andrew was so helpful, he helped us pick out which model and color, he was not pushy at all, very patient. Everyone was so nice,... from Andrew to the loan officer.

    5-25-2019 I bought a new Escape from Casey Gonzales and everything was fine until I got home, and started checking what I had been told at the dealership.... I was shown very few SUVs. I checked your inventory and you had a better selection than what I was shown. #2 I was considering Escape S and SE. I was told they had the same screen size. That was not true. #3 Waxahachie Ford got a Carfax on my trade in, a 2013 Chev. Malibu which show severe body damage. Mr. Gonzales said it was illegal for any dealer to sell the car because of the damage CarMax had no problem offering me $7500. for it. Reliable Chev. had no problem giving me $8000 for it. I was told that I was given false information. Please respond and I will show you my information.

    If your in the market for a new car or truck. Waxahachie ford is a step above every dealership I have dealth with. Ive purchased 4 trucks in the past 5... years and they made it so simple that i will be buying from them from now on. Lawerence was the best salesman I have seen. Not pushy just so helpful.

    I bought a brand new 2018 ford eco-sport for my daughter who is currently in college at Texas Tech University. She needed a reliable vehicle for the right... price and I was able to buy a brand new one from Waxahachie Ford. My wife and I and my daughter all love the car.
