Of special note was the ...attention Service Director Tim Turnbull and Robert Domino paid to trying to resolving my car's lighting issue. The current staffers with whom I've interacted have been very professional and willing to accommodate clients. I appreciate their dedication to excellence.
Like a wounded animal I was attacked and devoured by the jackals at Atlantic Hyundai. As I was leaving Atlantic unhappy with the deal they had offered... I fell bruised my ribs and face my sales person came to assist me get up off the ground but NEVER offered medical assistance. I was embarrassed and sore but they saw their wounded animal and pounced. They offered me the exact deal I wanted $900 down $220 per month lease and remote start. We agreed to this deal. They Then took my car keys and sent me for final slaughter, their Finance Dept. Hurting and befuddled I left giving them $1000 down and signing a lease paying $260 monthly. The kill was made. I???m ashamed of myself for being duped but I felt I should tell my story so others won???t be. Oh well if Atlantic needs my $1500 that bad then again shame on me,???Caveat Emptor???. Tip: See the final agreements before relinquishing your keys. I did get the remote start.

This was my second service on my recently purchased 2018 Sonata. During my first visit, I requested that one of the tires be checked for a leak. There... was a nail in the tire which led a tire patch. Three months later, I had a minor issue on a tire that was low in pressure, so I requested for it to be checked. The service rep stated that there was damage to the inner wall of the tire and it should be replaced. The cost of a new tire replacement of a new tire was $160.. I declined the replacement. I left the service department with each tire inflated and without the complimentary car wash & vacuum.. After nearly two days and 100 miles of driving, the tire in question is still fully inflated with no signs of internal wall damage/leaking. Looking for a way to get a longtime to spend money that isn't needed. Complete xxxxxxxx...
I'm happy with the purchase ,but the process was way to long had me second guessing whether to back out the deal, after all was said and done I got t...he vehicle at a great price there were some issue I had with the car two of them have been resolved, I'm waiting to see if there going to do right by me on the third issues that is to bring the car back and have it detailed, I've notice minor scratches on both sides of the car which I did bring to the sales person attention, hopefully if I'm to become a repeat customer this to will be taken care of.

Well SIR I purchase a 2017 HYUNDAI Santa fe last year not a good experience I had to pay and extra 1500 dollars because of a shady salesman..long stor...y I loved the car ..so I paid and in return they gave me 3 years of free oil changes , which amount to couple hundreds dollars,.. I go today to get my oil changed and state inspection and a recall that I wasn't aware..the rep..i got was a female name Zalinski she was angry cold and not friendly I thought she was working there for free .I made a mistake with a coupon she got pissed I guess she DIDN'T realize I paid almost 37,000 f9r a vehicle in her dealership ..not a good experience..every time I go to Atlantic Hyundai it gets wirse from that salesman WILBERTO to bad attitude zalinski...rep.. i guess. I didn't spend money so don't give a xxxx about me and make me wait 2 hours ...obviously I'm not happy ...thank u for your time and coursety....stay wowk...
