Follow-up to “Two Strikes and You’re Out”

I received a call from service manager Josh at JBN. He explained their approach to the repair and their attempt to avoid the costly replacement of the radar/sensor. I was satisfied with his explanation and his effort to resolve the conflict. He also suggested another remedy to the problem I can try myself. Lesson learned: Don’t buy a vehicle with AEB system; too dodgy and expensive to replace.

awful service, wish i could leave pictures

a week after spending around 3k in repairs AND it getting inspected at this dealership, my terminals completely corroded & snapped off my brand new battery they replaced. I had to have a mobile mechanic come fix the issue & he was so shocked at how they would put terminals in this condition on top of a brand new battery, I would’ve been completely fine paying the price of new terminals on top of the new battery had they cared enough to mention it. unbelievable.

Nissan Sport

Purchased a 2017 Nissan Sport with less than 40 miles on it. The entire experience was absolutely the BEST. The sales people and management were wonderful to work with and I LOVE the vehicle.


trade in

Got a price that was way below actual value. no adjustment. did not give me an out the door price. "take or leave it"


false advertising

the first salesman was very informative but one that does the prices jumped in and the the prices were not as advertise miss marked, tried get us in a different car altogether...they did state "we are the only ones in this area and we can set our prices the web pages don't understand what the actual prices are and your trade in is not worth anything"
