Adam was instrumental in handling all the paperwork and demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the car's features, making the setup of my new Rogue a breeze. Todd Parker, an exceptional salesman, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to find the perfect vehicle that met all my criteria, right down to the color. Todd even brought two different cars to my workplace for test drives and had everything ready for me when I arrived at the dealership after work. Thanks to Todd, this was by far the easiest and quickest car purchase I?ve ever made.

Kaotic, unprofessional and will not buy from them or
Kaotic, unprofessional and will not buy from them or refer anyone due to my experience! Disheartening to say the least . The atmosphere itself felt empty and not very welcoming. It was not an enjoyable experience at all .

I received a call from service manager Josh at JBN. He explained their approach to the repair and their attempt to avoid the costly replacement of the radar/sensor. I was satisfied with his explanation and his effort to resolve the conflict. He also suggested another remedy to the problem I can try myself. Lesson learned: Don’t buy a vehicle with AEB system; too dodgy and expensive to replace.

awful service, wish i could leave pictures
a week after spending around 3k in repairs AND it getting inspected at this dealership, my terminals completely corroded & snapped off my brand new battery they replaced. I had to have a mobile mechanic come fix the issue & he was so shocked at how they would put terminals in this condition on top of a brand new battery, I would’ve been completely fine paying the price of new terminals on top of the new battery had they cared enough to mention it. unbelievable.
