Offered us a car...agreed on a price.... Test drove...then agreed to purchase...only to find out it was car and they did not honor price.....wasted 90 minutes of our time

I purchased a 2013 Chrysler from Bob Poynter Auto. After taking my car home and washing it I noticed significant body damage on the door. I contacted my salesman Waylon about the issue. Waylon said he would get back to me after speaking with his manager. I'm still waiting to hear back from anyone.
Unfriendly, plan to wait 3 hours if purchasing
Drove 2 hours to look at truck. After test driving and stating that I was interested to see what monthly payments were going to be; the sales person said that the finance guy would go over that with me. THERE IS NO NEGOTIATION WITH SALES, that’s all with finance! Really? The sales guys were all buddies, lounging around watching college football. Vulgar language - glad I did not bring my kids. No one was welcoming except Randy ( who was expecting me) and Nick in finance. Nick was a pleasure and genuinely wanted to work with me. Was left alone for 1.5hrs without knowing what was going on. Your time is NOTHING to them! No follow up call, text or email from them. Will not buy from again, even if they have exactly what I’m looking for in the future.
Best service ever
My family and I had the pleasure of working with Dewayne and when I tell you top notch service. This young man was knowledgable, patient, kind, and pleasant . Everything you need when car shopping. He would not try to push you off on something you did not want or just try to make a buck.He was very genuine and I appreciate that. I am not knowledgeable about cars but I felt confident working with Dewayne. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and funny. There is not a better place to buy a car. Not to mention the grand surprise at the end of the sale :)
Had body work done
We had our ford truck in for body work, their body shop manager and workers were excellent, did the job in 3 days and it looks like new.
Was sold a car with bad transmission
I bought a used vehicle from here, clean carfax was told it was a family owned car very well taken care of. I told salesman I was planning on a relocation to California in less than a month and needed a reliable vehicle. I was reassured that this vehicle was in good condition and a great car to own. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I am on interstate in New Mexico by myself and car breaks down. Have it towed to be looked at and i am told i am looking at 8 grand worth of repairs essentially making my car way out of its blue book value. This dealership sold me a car with a bad transmission, mismatched tires which paired with the AWD ruined the transfer casing, and bad rear diff. All said and done i wasted 6 grand on purchase, almost 400 in towing and 200 on hotels being stranded in the middle of nowhere as a young woman. Trusted these people to make my trip safe and my worst nightmare has happened. My relocation plans are ruined and my bank account drained just so a dealership could make a dollar. My boyfriend and I contacted the dealership and when we spoke to someone other than salesman we were spoken to rudely and very condescending. I drove a hour out of my way just to buy this vehicle i think its messed up that this dealership makes a big deal about being a family owned dealership and say they take care of their customers but when they're responsible for something their whole personna changes. DO NOT buy from here i went to this dealership to avoid any possible scams from private sales and assumed a clean carfax was enough to count on but this is not the case.
Tech found bad connection to TPM ( Bogus Found )
After replacing the PCM on my 2009 jeep wrangler, my radio was not working, and was informed that Tech found bad connection to the TIPM, I declined repair because the repair will cost $1,500 to replace the entire fuse box , later on after comparing other similar fuse boxes , I found a missing fuse M20 , replaced it and my car radio started working fine. IT A SHAME AFTER BEING LONG TIME CUSTOMER I FOUND THIS VERY WRONG DOING, just wanted to say I will never do business with you!.
Bad customer service
I made an appointment to fix a service engine soon light and my fan would not switch between floor and defrost. I waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle into the shop for repair.. When I showed as soon as they opened. They didn't say much. Kind of acted like I was a problem. I had 2 weeks left on the after market warranty. I was called at 3:30 with manager telling me it would cost $650 just to get to the fan part. Warranty won't cover it. Also, the manager said the service engine soon light was from the gas cap and that I had a gas cap with a key and they had no way of checking it because they couldn't remove it. The gas key was on the key ring. One phone call and that is solved. When I arrived they had fixed nothing and charged me $65 for looking at it. I went to another repair location the next day and they fixed everything within 3 days and it only cost me $45 for parts not covered by the after market warranty. Don't go to this dealership!!
Wonderful and super friendly staff!
The staff is great! When shopping around for cars they were the only place that I didn't feel pressured! It was a smooth experience!
