I've always had great service at Sewell Infiniti. It's very comforting knowing that my car is in their care, it gives me piece of mind. Dominic Fulbright... always takes good care of me. Recently I needed some extensive work done on my car. Dominic went above and beyond to help me, by offering options and a schedule of what services were a priority. Over a year we were able to take care of all the issues. I am truly grateful for his help.

UPDATE ON BELOW REVIEW.... I can not stress enough, this dealership will take you for every dime they can get from you. Since the last review, I have still... had problems with my car. After the review below, I went to speak to the owner/manager of the dealership. Of course, she was busy and sent the sales manager and service manager to deal with me, which I understood. However after her meeting, I could see her in the office but us little people are part of the big picture I suppose. I was offered by Sam Sadule (Probably spelled wrong) to purchase an additional warranty to cover future problems, for $2700. I took my car in three days ago, because of course there is still a two week wait to have it picked up. I thought it was a simple thing. I had a tire needing replaced, oil change, and I did have a stranger bell sound from under the car but didn't sound like a big deal. This morning I was told it was going to be $1600 to fix but they could give me a discount to $1100!! REALLY! I have a part of my exhaust that has debris in it and a part of it needs to be replaced. Of course the warranty I purchased does not cover exhaust? THE ONLY THING I can say good about this dealership is my service rep is awesome. Her name is Haley and honestly I would out of mind if it wasn't for her. If anyone knows of a lawyer that specializes in this kind of law please let me know. I feel like I am fight a never ending battle. And no one at Sewell seem to genuinely want to fix the problem. They will tell you a hundred times they are sorry. They will have different people call you to apologize, and then ask for your money. I am a single mom and trying my very best to provide a nice lifestyle and a nice car for my kids. I am over this! Good costumer service is not just being nice and accommodating, it is also taking care of the problem! I purchased my car four months ago, and so far I have come to the shop every month, multiple times AND PAY!! PAY BIG! If anyone has contacts or advice on how to stop this dealership from taking advantage of me, PLEASE HELP. I am going to be bankrupt or homeless if I keep having to put money into this car they sold me, a lie they sold me.
I recently took my car into Sewell for a water leak. Don is my service advisor and always does a great job. There was some difficulties locating the water... leakl, but at the end of the day, the problem was solved and I left happy as always. I highly recommend you use Don anytime you take your far in for service.

Horrible customer service. They do not stand by their product. Don't buy from them. I've had 2 horrible experiences and I'm done buying Infiniti and... I'm done buying with Sewell. So much for "customer for life!"

I'm not sure where to even begin. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure. ZERO. Excellent follow up but no nagging. Excellent... communication. Impeccable facilities. Complete follow up after sale to ensure satisfaction. Above and beyond. I was hesitant to drive three hours to buy a car I hadn't seen, but our salesman, Kyle Moon, sent pictures of everything I asked for, gave details on specifics, and never got annoyed at my unending questions. He even came in (in a suit, in the rain) on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Very professional. Very considerate. Very respectful. You have earned my business for life.

Had a problem with my infinity jx35. It was pre-owned so I only wanted to see what the problem could be & the repair cost. Can't say enough about the... amazing service &the courteous people at Sewell Infinity. Ryan Cox is just the the best! I recently purchased the suv & he informed me there was no charge for the repairs. I've told everyone the reputation Sewell has is well earned. The initial buying experience was great. I started having issues with my Q50 almost immediately and they have continued. I was recently medically retired... from the military and lost income. When I asked Sewell for help they treated they said there wasn’t anything they good do. They pride themselves on doing the right thing by their customers but I feel like they are only interested in selling cars and not helping Disabled Veterans when they need it most.

They have the best selection of vehicles and the best prices for a certified vehicle. The staff is friendly and not pushy. I had a good experience.
