    overall amazing time, traded in my car and git me a 2017 kia niro which is amazing btw. My fiance got a insane deal on her 2016 kia forte. Mike was incredible and patient the entire time. They find great interest rates and we drive off the lot in or new cars. Thanks again!!!

    I want to start this review stating I love the Kia Sorento and have no buyers remorse over choosing this car. My buyers remorse is with the dealership. I have delayed in writing this because I felt it was important that my heart and mind could give a fair review and that I had actually received my car. It was a brutal experience. I am a widow and have never purchased a car alone. I found the exact car I wanted on the Koons website at a great WOW price. I reached out to a friend (surrogate son) and sent him the information. He went to the dealer that night. He was told the car was not there but at the GM's home being used by his wife and children. They stated the car had 1,200 miles on it so they would reduce the price. Paul called me and I agreed to the "out the door" price the salesman quoted (I could hear the whole conversation) and ask to have the out the door price repeated several times. I agreed to the price knowing I would pay for tags and taxes. I gave them my credit card information over the phone to confirm the sale. We returned the next day and discovered the car actually had 1,800+ miles and had two places with chipped paint. They have since been fixed. We went ahead with the deal anyway (My first mistake). Christian was good at showing me the basics of the car and giving me the information to fill out. Once done we sat for over and hour (probably closer to two) waiting for the financial girl to call us in her office. I have excellent credit so that was not an issue. She was in there alone so that also was not an issue. It was not until Paul went back and looked in her office that she invited us in. She was very unprofessional and condescending. I told her I would finance rather then take from my investments but I could put down what ever they ask. Once she knew this she started finding issues with the contract. First she called in the original salesman and he said he had made some mistakes and changed some numbers. Then they tore up the original contact we had been given. Once again I should have walked out but I had Faith we would work this out. I also had given them my credit card which they ran immediately. I had already signed some papers which I was not told what they actually were, again my mistake for not asking but more so THEIR MISTAKE for not explaining. One was the three "day right of rescission". I would never have signed had I known what it was. I believe everyone has that right. They certainly do in my business. Once the new numbers were presented I again challenged her. She got up and left again and brought back the sales manager Kent. I got up and walked out but then was told they could not cancel my credit card charge until Monday?? By this time I was exhausted, their plan worked they wore me out (we had been there over 5 hours) and I thought I really wanted that car (another mistake). They knew that and took advantage. I left with the car returning the next day to leave it for paint repairs. I was told it would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. I finally had to call late Tuesday night and was told told I would get it the next day. I waited all day Wednesday and heard nothing. I sent Kent a text early Thursday morning asking why? I also requested a new state inspection (the one on the car was 3 1/2 months old and a oil change since the car had almost 2,000 miles (and they were free since Kent gave me 2 years but I will never use). His responce was he would have it taken care of and I would hear back by 12:30. I finally got my car after 6 PM (several more texts) With the inspection but no sign of the oil change. I did NOT buy a new car but a slightly used one from a dealer with no remorse. Yes I knew it was slightly used but I was told I was being compensated. I am just now adjusting to the entire ordeal and finally enjoying my slightly used car. Please know everything I have shared is the complete truth. I know there is nothing that can be done now but I feel better letting you know.

    After being victims of the "bait & switch" at another dealership, we were hesitant about going to another dealership, but Koons Kia had the vehicle we wanted and it was priced very well, so we went to Koons to look at the particular vehicle we had seen online. From the start, we were pleased with their customer service. Many times, sales people talk too much and can get a little "pushy", however Haris, our salesman was very respectful, didn't try to talk us to death, straightforward and was willing to help meet our needs. The sales mgr, Donovan, was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us drive away with the vehicle we wanted. We were there with some of our little ones and that can get daunting sometimes, but the staff was very accommodating and kind to our family. There was a gentleman named Ray who I believe works for Koons overall, not just that dealership...he too was very accommodating. We were gonna have to put the paper signing on hold to go feed lunch to our kids then return, but he/the dealership ordered pizza for us, which they didn't have to do. Overall, we left feeling very well taken care of, not haggled and we got a great deal on our vehicle!

    Often the tag line for company marketing does not live up to expectations; but, at Koons Kia of Woodbridge, VA “We’re Gonna Wow Ya!” was an understatement. The night before I wanted to do a test drive, I called the dealership and had the good fortune to speak with Tamara Suvorova. We chatted about the availability of the car that met all my criteria (4 wheels, a steering wheel, radio – just kidding), and it was in stock. Tamara offered to show me the car that night up until 9 PM, or when it was convenient. I told he I had a crazy schedule, so she sent me a link to the finance application to get things started. I showed up at 9 AM this morning and asked to speak with Tamara. One of her associates walked me in and introduced us. She had the car parked just outside the showroom door, and we went over it with a fine-tooth comb. After looking at all the components we went for a test drive. Safety features were pointed out, and additional technical specks that were over my head. Whilst all of this was taking place, the finance representative was putting together several options. She explained them all – as some of the extra reductions depended on the funding particulars. This staff worked like a well-oiled machine. By 10 AM, I was taken on a tour of the service center; introduced to one of the service technicians; learned about options for dropping the car off after hours and loaner cars; and – more importantly – all the warranty information on the vehicle was explained. By 10:20 AM I was signing the financing and other necessary documents. In all the years I have been buying cars, this was truly a walk in the park. At about 10:45 AM, I met up with Tamara, and she brought me to the car. She pointed out key pages in the owner’s manual and then we set about to explore how every feature on the dashboard/console worked. We setup my phone, downloaded my contacts, I learned two ways of speaking commands into the phone. It was clear that Tamara was very concerned about focusing on driving and not getting distracted by muddling through smart phone buttons. Again, we looked under the hood – it was clear she knew all about the car and took pride in the quality of the vehicle. She pointed out information about the roadside assistance program and other options that I could consider down the road. Before I left, she had the dealership manager come to thank me. He asked about my experience, and I could not have been more complementary. For the first time in my life, I purchased and drove off with a new car in two hours. Tamara was genuinely interested in building a customer relationship for life. Her understated manner, and her willingness to listen made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Kudos to Tamara and her colleagues. I have no reservation in giving them five stars!

    Went to Koons Kia intending to look at a 2017 Sorento SX which was priced competitively and advertised with less than 50 miles but got a call from Allen, the Used Car Manager, on the day of our appointment indicating the vehicle in fact had 4400 miles. He indicated there was a second Sorento just like this one though so we visited and checked out both. The 4400 odo model had been used as a demo by the GM and frankly has suffered enough scrapes to not warrant it being a new car now. Story has a happy ending though in that our gracious sales person, Tamara, and Allen were quickly willing to sell the truly new Sorento SX (12 miles) to us for a price nearly the same as the demo vehicle but this one also had the tech package. After only one round of negotiation we landed on an equitable price. Tamara did a great job describing all of the features and educating us on the various tech package items. Only downside in the overall process was the 1.5 hour wait to finally meet a finance representative to close the deal. Apparently they were doing so many deals on this day that things got backed up. The typical upsell of dozens of generally useless products and coatings at this stage was fortunately absent as we breezed through the financing stage and hit the road in our new Kia. Thanks to Tamara and Allen for an overall good experience. I'd recommend shopping at Koons Kia if you're in the market for a Kia in the DC area.

    Sam and the service dept. were amazing and extremely helpful. I had a pretty bad flat, they got me in a loaner quick as they had to order my tire. Couple days later it was ready and good as new. Sam went through everything they did with my car, including alignment and taking it on a road test to ensure there were no further issues. Car is good as new and I can't rave enough about the level of quality service.
