It took this dealer six months to fix an EPB problem.

It took this dealer six months to fix an EPB problem. Funny that as soon as I wouldn’t get back to their calls, they were quick to threaten with $85 a day parking fee. We asked about a loaner when we first took our car to them. Nope. For the first two weeks we rented another car elsewhere, thinking it would be a quick fix, but all things considered, we had to either buy or lease another car. I was interested in one of their electric vehicles. We talked to the manager, but he had no offers worth the trouble, neither to lease, nor to rent, and the same happened at a different Kia dealer, though they were nicer, so we just took our business elsewhere. I must say that I am no stranger to either Kia or to this dealer, I have bought two brand new cars from them, the first of which I sold them back, I have financed through them, I recommended them to a friend who has bought two used cars from them. They could have shown a little more interest. Personally, I am done with Kia and with this dealer.

I recently purchased a 2020 Acura MDX with 27,000 miles

I recently purchased a 2020 Acura MDX with 27,000 miles which had a significant critical recall due. This recall required an overnight stay at an Acura dealership, which was a significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, they did not provide a complimentary loaner vehicle, which was very frustrating. Additionally and this is kind of minor but why I spent all this money the dealership only filled the tank halfway. After all that I thought they'd wanna start me out with a full tank of gas. On the positive side, the service staff was very friendly and the overall experience was pleasant. There was no pressure to purchase. The recall repair itself seems to have been completed successfully. Beyond the recall, the MDX drove well, with a comfortable ride and adequate power. The interior was in excellent condition, and the technology features are great.. While the recall experience was frustrating, the friendly service and the overall quality of the MDX were positive. Overall, I would rate my experience as a 3.
