PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 2020 Ram Bighorn

Our truck purchase was very professional and pleasant experience. Taylor knew all of the answers to our questions, and if he could not answer he found the answer for us. Rocco was also very helpful and we had great experience with him too. Taylor is an authentic guy who does not come across as a sales person, rather someone who truly wants to help you find the vehicle of your dreams.

2020 Pacifica Purchase

We had a wonderful experience buying our Dodge Charger from Metin. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all our questions and helped us get through the process quickly. We love our new car and would definitely buy from Metin and Ferman again.

Excellent service

Oil change and tire rotation was prompt. My service advisor was helpful and courteous. He explained the details of service and the length of time needed for completion.The waiting room was comfortable and clean.

Waste of Time

Both my wife and myself went looking for a Jeep for my Daughter. When we entered the dealership we were met by a young Salesperson (Female) who was very polite and attentive. We explained that we were looking for a Jeep for my daughter for a surprise Christmas Present. She showed us what the dealership had both new and used on the computer. We were not sure what exactly we were looking for. She brought us into the lot area and showed a few . When we returned to the showroom, she went and got her Sales manager, and introduced him to us. He asked what Price range we were in. We were a little surprised by the questions, but we explained that prize was not the priority but rather the vehicle. He stated that he could Build us a Jeep, LOL LOL, . the saleswoman showed us a very nice used late model jeep that she showed us and we were very interested in it. We returned to the showroom and I asked what the bottom line out the door price. She left and came back. The vehicle price increased by 6000.00 which I could understand as for additional fees, Taxes, Reg, When she showed us the fee structure, there was a $1600.00 fee for accessories. When I inquired what that meant, she explained that the fee to re condition the Jeep. I asked why I would pay the dealership a $1600 fee to Recondition the Jeep so they could sell it! LOL LOL, I politely asked about the other fees and she could not explain them, I stated that I was not willing to pay for some of these extra (unsupported ) fees, she thanked us for coming in and that was it. Just a waste of time. The next day we went to another dealership in New Port Richey and purchased a late Model Jeep Wrangler for $6000.00 less than Fermans with all fees included. Last time I do any type of business with them.

Great service!

My service advisor, Anthony Cagley, fit me in without an appointment and took care of the engine lights that came on. Anthony was great and made sure that I was taken care of.
