Jon made great efforts with me in the buying process. This was especially true early on when I was still looking at two and three year old cars. I had a fixed price point and he and the office got me there. Well done people!

From routine service to new truck purchase.

Brought my 2018 in for routine maintenance, traded for a 2020. Met with great service, sales and finance departments. Never a glitch. All my needs and challenges were met head on.

3 month check-up (oil,tires and multi-point inspection)

Repeat Customer

Bought a new ram 1500 back in 2016. Whole process was easy, great price and selection. Service while having vehicle maintained was as day 1 when purchasing.....great. At my last service visit, A 2020 ram caught my eye. Once again, Ferman made it super easy.... Got a great deal on my trade and extremely happy with new big horn model. I will be seeing them for a 3rd!
