Just a plain waste of my time.

Went in to trade car in for a Jeep. For starters the amount was $8k less than payoff. Didn’t think it would go that low. Then salesman didn’t even run our credit. Just said payment would be in the $800-900 range. That assumption would’ve put us in the mid to high teen interest rate.

Awesome

Left a gallon of milk in my car that exploded everywhere. Had it detailed and it came out smelling and looking like new. Thank God!

Very disappointed with Ferman Anything

Had a great experience buying the car. After that. Not so great. I would not purchase another one there . Had a few miner issues with my new charger and after a month of ownership I was told I would have to pay for the work. Had minor scratches that were there from new. Got rear ended the first week I had it. Took it to Ferman Chevy for the repairs. That was a bigger disaster . I am learning the company is too big. Terrible customer service . Was very disappointed . Oil change appointment today . Told them was going to wait for it when I scheduled the appointment . Telling me now 2 hours because they are short handed today. Don’t like people waisting my time . Would have rescheduled if I would have known that. Don’t have 2 hours to sit and do nothing. Everything I have experienced from Ferman sucks. They own New port Richy Harley Davidson and that is a disaster too! Time to go elsewhere!

Kevin H. Was very professional and got the job done right!

While trying to buy a car from Ferman can be a chore, for the most part I have always found the service very good. Particularly when it comes to warranty work. Kevin H. had me in and out quickly and the job was done right.

Best Price in Nearly entire state

I had been searching for a little more than two weeks for a new or used 2019 Ram 1500 with a limited budget. I wrote many dealerships with the criteria hoping to get close to the $25000 I had available. Only 2 dealers came close one with a used one with 2700 miles and another brand new with 58 miles. Fermen came within $300 of the competing dealer that had the used one so Fermen it was! We rented a vehicle made lots of phone arrangements with Tommy Drain our salesperson to drive across the state from Melbourne Beach to Wesley Chapel on a Saturday morning with the intention of leaving in plenty enough time to drive back and return the rental. We were greeted as soon as we arrived, Tommy was located and we started the process. Everything worked out as it should have and we were out of there with my wife driving the new Ram in a little over 2 hours. My only disappointment was that no other dealer closer to us seemed to be able to come close to their price with some suggesting it was a bait and switch. The price they quoted me on the phone was exactly what I paid! I was required to finance a minimum amount for 6 months maximum to qualify for a specific rebate but knew that ahead of time.

Friendly, professional and efficient as always

Bill was great! He followed up with me through the whole process. He clearly explained to me that the road to fixing all my issues may be a long way but so far I’m satisfied. He kindly advised me to bring the car back as soon as the other issues start to pop again. As a customer, what we look for is not an absolute service BUT, attention, expertise and kindness. Ferman and employees have never let me down on these three qualities. Bill didn’t.
