Great Experience

Chandler went out of his way to make my experience a very pleasant one. He attended to all my needs and made sure everything was taken care of. The buying experience went as smooth as it could have gone. The entire Ferman staff was awesome. They made me feel comfortable at all times. In all my car buying years, this had to be the best experience ever. Very pleased.

Traded in my Dodge Journey

Although there were bumps on the road with the original Jeep Cherokee I purchased, Jeff, Gonca and Ryan made it happen for me to be a satisfied customer with the vehicle I drove out of the lot. I appreciate all you did in making it happen.

An Intemperate Buyer

I am perhaps THE WORST person for a Salesman to try and sell a vehicle to. I'm running 3 Companies, working perhaps 70-90hrs weekly (although half of that from my home office) and I really don't care for the entire car buying process to begin with. So, I spent perhaps 10hrs online researching Automotive Technology before settling on the Cummins Diesel as my power plant, and then another 10hrs looking at vehicles in stock at various dealerships. I found the one I wanted at Ferman Dodge, through a buddy of mine from Bootleggers Brewing who works at Ferman Chevy. When I contacted the Dealership, I was SHORT. and very pointed. " You have ONE opportunity to sell me this truck" I said to John Hurley. "You see, I don't NEED a truck, but I happen to want THAT truck." "Awesome!" he said. "What can I do to sell it to you?" he asked. "Wash it, fill it up and have the paperwork ready when I get there. If there is a problem with the advertised price, I'll offer you $500 less than what I just read on your website." "Lemme check that, just a moment" he said. I waited patiently for maybe 90 seconds before he came back and said, " OK price is what it is. Will you be trading in a vehicle?" "Yes" I replied. " But if the trade in isn't valued by your guy accurately, I'm outta here." "OK great; when can we expect you?" "See you in the Morning", I replied. Although the valuation on my trade was not what I wanted, it WAS accurate for a Commercial deal. I kept my trade and drove OFF THE LOT in under 90 minutes. THAT is my ideal car buying experience. Ok service

Dealt with 2 sales people. Sheri was fine and was doing her best to get the deal set and help us. The accessory manager tried to get as much money out of me as possible and simply move numbers around and not change the price. The final process with the financial guy was great. He did things the sales people said they couldn’t and I fully believe he got me the best deal for my vehicle.

Customer Service was excellent

Customer Service was excellent. Jeep had operational issues. Service Tech, Bill fitted me in immediately knowing my job depends on the use of my car. Was able to get me a loaner car very quickly and I was on my way back to work, visiting clients. Bill went above and beyond to help me. Ever since I moved to Florida 3.5 years ago I have used Wesley Chapel dealership. They are one of the best dealerships I have worked with in the Tampa / St Petersburg area.

Extremely satisfied!! Loved my experience

I had been to over 5 dealerships looking for a new suv before I came across this one. Joey Lyman was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I left with the car I wanted. He made sure it was in my price range and really took his time to make sure this was the car for me. Overall, if it wasn’t for him I would still be searching for a car. Thank you Joey and the dealership for making my car buying experience an amazing one! I’m in love with my car and owe to you guys.

Cash Purchase Used Car

This was just a terrible experience all around. This was probably the easiest deal that could have been made. The salespeople have no idea what cars are available. I was coaching them on options and their own inventory.
