US Army Retired

I received great service from product specialist, the internet staff, sales staff and managers. The purchase of my new Jeep was easy, received a great deal. Even through the driving rain my salesman explained everything about the Jeep, helped with the cleanout of my old vehicle, took care to explain everything about the deal and got me on my way in 2 hours. Sales and Internet managers were super and took excellent care of this retired military guy. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

poor sales, finance and service departments

I have had a wide variety of issue with this dealership. 1.) They never completed the paper work with the state so it took 2 months to get a new tag. 2.) Then they never notified the state that they bought by F150 so my license was suspended for not having insurance on a truck that they own. 3.) No manager ever calls you back 4.) I was specifically told that if I had a leak in the Jeep that the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty would cover it. I brought it in and they do not cover. They are asking for $150 for diagnosis (I told them what was wrong) and $600 for parts and labor. I DO NOT recommend this dealership as I have had trouble with sales, finance or service departments.

Always done in a timely manner, great bunch of guys and gal

Always a pleasure, drop off or wait either easy it's done pretty quickly. First time I went there for oil change had oil all over my door and inside the car.. that NEVER happened again. They have been very professional since.

Outstanding customer service and price.

We were so pleased with our purchase that we bought 2 cars from them at the same time. It was really a great experience. Easy sales people like Ken and Brad were a pleasure to work with. Great people with no pressure whatsoever.

Great Deal and Personalized Service

Our representative Canan was awesome, she was worked with my wife to find the best vehicle that fit her personality and lifestyle. The whole experience was positive. We will be coming back to Ferman for our next vehicle in the future.

Great experience!

Took me a few days to make a decision and the staff was incredibly patient. Management didn’t make me feel as if I was being taken advantage of and finance department made sure to address any questions I had.

I always great service. The computers were down and I had my Jeep towed in because it wouldn't start. They were able to fit me in the next day.
