Above and beyond!

Anthony was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of my recall and warranty fixes. He even had my car washed and detailed for me and surprised me when I got there. Dealing with Anthony was a delight and turned my opinion completely around from my negative experiences of years past. I will be back in the future because of the awesome experience he provided. Ferman should be grateful to have an employee like Anthony.

They really do a great job..

Really impressed, they were prompt, provided regular status updates, comfortable and waiting area, professional and courteous staff. Really pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service dept.

Superb experience

I drove from Naples to purchase a 2019 Wrangler Unlimited. The sales person, Kathy, made the process quick and easy. She was very professional and took care of me. On top of all of that, I felt I paid a fair price for the car and did not feel like I was being charged more. It made the drive up to do business well worth it.

Brian Guest is the Best

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee has been a very reliable vehicle but Brian Guest is even more so! We have found Brian to be highly professional and responsive to customer concerns. He easily translates technical mechanical details into easy to understand and accurate statements. Brian manages costs fairly and transparently and as cost conscious customers we truly appreciate that. He knows that customers do not look forward to car repairs but Brian makes it as pleasant and professional as possible and his sense of humor is genuine. After the AC condenser was replaced in one day (on time and on budget) we received a CLEAN car with ice cold air. We have serviced a number of vehicles we own over the past 15 years at Ferman Acura and found the service in Wesley Chapel to be true to the high standards of the Ferman Family name. Very Accommodating

We were shopping for a new Wrangler. We were headed to a different location for Ferman and passed this location first. Stopped in to see what they had to offer. We were greeted when we drove up. Showed the kind of vehicle we specifically asked for and knew what our options were. We told the salesman that the other location was expecting us and we were going to see them since we told them we would. They did not make us feel bad but encouraged us to go see them and let them know. We returned to buy the first one they showed us! No pressure, very nice!!!!!
