The guys where so helpful and kind. Very patient with me . They where so on top of finding the issue. I can in explained the issue. They handled it all and took the stress away from me. I was dealing with my dad passing and they completely handled it all , gave me a car, and simply cared

Amazing, friendly and compassionate care !!

Amazing reception and handeling of our case made it happen for my family that was still suffering from our old car accident 2 days before our visit and we got out with a new 2019 family dream care and our kids we so happy and forgot theirs loss of the old car they had... Thank you Jason for taking us through this unique and friendly experience and our great gratitude to him and the financial expert Gonca for her outstanding management of our financial needs and insurances of our new car not to forget the excellent management team and prompt response...We feel that we have a new family called Ferman and we are truly proud to join!!

John was awesome. Throughout the initial contact online/texting. He answered all my questions, even before going to the dealership. He was fun to work with. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will refer them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great Dealing

Kathy was great, we were contacted promptly after submitting the online quote request. Told her the RAM 1500 we were interested in, and she provided additional 1500's in the same price ranges with a variety of considerable options. The sales and finance experiences provided were A+ and we would gladly purchase/lease and recommend Ferman in Lutz, FL to our friends and family.

Excellent sales staff..Mike and Kathy

Since moving to Florida, I have found it difficult to find a dealer that is helpful and transparent. I contacted their internet sales person Kathy Meyers to inquire about a Dodge Challenger I saw on line. Her response was immediate and pleasant. I decided to make the hours drive to see and meet Kathy and her sales manager Mike Patrikis. I was not able to bring my trade that day, but Kathy did show me the car, gave me a price and offered a test drive. I declined the test drive not being sure I positively wanted that particular car. I went back with my trade, was given a fair value and agreed to a deal. Unfortunately, we had two deaths in the family and I had to leave the state for a period of time. Kathy told me not to worry, the car was mine and I was asked to a credit card deposit to hold the car. That was very fair. These people are unlike most in the car business. Understanding, kind and have credibility. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially Kathy and Mike.

Routine service

At a regularly scheduled maintenance service the technician found a misfiring of the #4 cylinder on my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. The problem was corrected under warranty and I was on my way again after e few days in the shop. Kevin the service representative kept me abreast of the situation and was very helpful throughout the repair. The service I received was not extraordinary, it was what I have grown to expect from this dealership. Great place to buy a vehicle and keep it maintained. David K.

The Grand Cherokee journey

The attention and knowledge of the seller and financial advisor were extremely excellent. We were treated professionally and truthfully. Great service

Brenda was very professional. She recorded my requests for tire pressure and valve stem caps along with an oil change and tire rotation. The 25,000 mile service was completed perfectly in around an hour.
