GREAT experience at Ferman!

Had an amazing experience with Shamir, he got us the best deal, no haggling, no back and forth. He was honest, quick, and patient. Hands down best experience buying a car!

New Purchase

The buying experience developed trust with the salesmen and others . They actually sat down and talked with us and get to know who we are and not just another customer. We had open face to face conversations with finance and the manager. The detailing of the vehicle needed better attention. We have not had any experience with the service department.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee

John sold me my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was awesome!!! Super easy going and got me exactly what I was looking for! The whole staff was great and quite hilarious and I felt very comfortable and not pressured in the slightest. Great job!! Definitely will be buying my future vehicles from the dealership

great out-of town service

I had been looking for months for the perfect configuration of a car to get my family and found it on the website--from 500 miles away! The dealer (Brad in particular) was so helpful via the phone and email that the buying process, as irregular as it was for us, at least, was seamless. I don't know if we'll be looking for a car so far away anytime soon, but if so, we'll definitely start with Ferman!
