Great service,everyone was very friendly. I had an appointment for an oil change. they took me right in, My service provider was Charles Henry and he even suggested a little breakfast spot while I waited on my vehicle to be done. Once I was done with breakfast my car was ready to go .

Brad was so wonderful. I have been looking for a pre owned vehicle for months. We were referred to Ferman and drove hours to get there. We had an appointment to meet Brad Butler. He made our vehicle purchase wonderful, he was professional, helpful and patient since I wanted to test drive so many vehicles. There was no pressure to push me into anything. The whole team, Brad Butler, Gonca Aksoy & Randy were wonderful to deal with. I will refer everyone I know to you and will make the drive again for our next purchase.
