Covid-19 hit just as we ordered our new Ram truck. Construction was delayed as was delivery but Jason Speed, our sales rep, was in constant communication from beginning to end. Exceptional service and a truck we love!

I had leased a new GMC Canyon From Ferman in 2017. I had a good experience then and even better one just recently. I was able to turn in my lease early and got a great deal on a used Jeep Wrangler, beautiful vehicle! The sales consultant, Jason, was absolutely outstanding. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price!! Ferman has won my loyalty.

Terrible service department

The service department has a lot to be desired, they had my work van for two weeks. When I questioned when the work would be finished they told me the part was not supposed to come in for another week. They had no reason for the delay in receiving the part. The other issue is you must speak to your service advisor, if they are off you have to wait until the next day they are at work. Would not recommend using them!

Service on our 2018 Dodge Journey

Anthony, our point of contact, did an excellent job in letting us know the process of getting our Dodge serviced. He texted me and told me he would keep me informed. He had a vehicle ready for us because our car needed to be there for the day. We were very happy with the service provided.

Great service!!

My experience at Ferman of Wesley Chapel was a good one. I leased a new Jeep and Gheorghe took the time to explain how everything in it worked, from removing the doors and windows to the technology. He was awesome. He explained more about the vehicle than I had ever had anyone else do before and I have purchased a lot of new vehicles.
