What it should be like!

When we purchased my wife a new Charger this February, Kathy Meyers was our sales person and is great to work with; no pressure and very accommodating! Kathy was is also wise enough to know when she did not have the answers to my questions, she found someone who did. i.e. I had a couple mechanical question about the 2019 Charger. She asked Milo Rozenhal if could help and answer my questions. Milo stopped what was doing came out and joined us, he addressed my questions and was not put out in the least bit. They both were patient and treated us like we were the only people in building. Miloand Kathy are incredibly informative and well of information. Even though he's in the Service Department he did not hesitate to work with us and addressed any concerns. Subsequently when I wanted purchase a new Challenger; I came back to this dealership and asked Kathy to help us through this process to purchase my new car. Because Kathy and Milo worked as a team, (unlike the GMC service department) I had no reason to look to another dealership. I am retired GM for Verizon World Headquarters and had over 4000 people worldwide reporting to me; Katy and Milo walk the walk in putting the customer first. Thank you Kathy and Milo

Everyone was just so helpful

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee at this dealership and have always taken it here for repairs . staff is right on point and get the job done in a timely manner. Pretty soon I'll be looking for a newer Jeep and I won't shop any where else

Outstanding service! Doug Kiekintveld greeted us within minutes of our arrival. After explaining our needs, he took us to the perfect truck and explained the features. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. The entire experience at Ferman was excellent. Kudos to you Doug, we appreciate your professionalism. Our time with Tom Frost was also superb. He is excellent at financing and crunching numbers. Along with his great demeanor, he went out of his way to save us thousands. Best Dealership Service Experience in Years

I needed an extended warranty replacement of my stock radio. Bill at Ferman took exceptional care of me. One visit to diagnose the problem, another quick visit to install the new radio after it arrived. Thanks!! Also, very considerate and supportive of masking in light of the COVID-19 crisis.
