    Jason was so friendly on the first contact over the phone; he was completely knowledgable about the car and was flexible on the price as well. When we arrived, he had ALL the paperwork done and the car was exactly as we agreed and he showed us how to use all the tech on the new car. I am a retired former business owner and never enjoyed the car buying process.......Jason was the best......how do you beat friendly, helpful, nice, knowledgable, and detail oriented?! Now we know why his nickname is "Happy".

    We were fortunate to have Mike Davis as our sales contact and were treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. He was most concerned about OUR needs and wants - we bought our car; we were not sold a car. I especially appreciated his follow-up and working on our behalf in getting an excellent price on our Honda Pilot. I would recommend Mike and Honda Pilot to others who dread car shopping and buying.

    My experience at Honda of Winter Haven was the best I could ever ask for. First I met the absolute best salesman in Mike Davis. Mike was determined to show us the best deal and make sure we were happy with our purchase. Mike gave my experience the best I have ever had, I made the comment that this was the shortest time I had ever spent purchasing a vehicle. I went in a couple weeks prior to buying and met Mike. Mike stayed in contact with us until we returned 2 weeks later. When I came in, Mike was prepared and ready. I was prepared to negotiate, but Mike handed me right off the bat the deal I was looking for. What could I say to that but YES!

    I had an amazing experience at this Dealership on April 4th. The staff really knows how to take care of their customers by going the extra extra extra mile. The dealership was extremely clean and it was a pleasure to view all of the available cars, although there was ONE I was particularly interesting and ended up purchasing. The customer experience given by Mike Davis in Sales was totally amazing. We traveled far to come see this car on the lot and I have never seen a sales person go that far to make a customer that satisfied. Mike was my eyes via telephone, walked me out to the car and gave me all the information I needed to make the decision.. He met us there that evening, went on the test drive, walked us through the sale, made the paperwork as simple as possible as well as stayed late to make sure we were well taken care of by the Finance Dept. Mike also made absolutely sure the car was detailed and super clean when they deliver it. I must say, that is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Winter Haven Honda. You ROCK!!! I don't by cars often, the last time I did this was in 2008 so when it is time to go down that road, I want it to come with adventure and a great story to tell. I would definitely buy from this dealership again as well as send my friends and family here.

    I love my car that I got with them but I'll never come here again. It's been a headache from day one where they destroyed the tiny when scraping off the paper in the window all the way to them not being able to do their job. I've had to come back 3 times to fill out paperwork they keep forgetting to have done. It's honestly ridiculous and unprofessional. They handle things poorly and god forbid you let them drive your car for service, you get it back dirty.

    My husband made several calls to this dealership requesting information on a new car deal. The salesman said he was very sure we could make a deal and even gave him a price. He was then going to check on something and call us back. He never called and my husband has called him several times, with no return call. Would I buy a car from this dealership, absolutely not! Would I recommend this dealership, absolutely not!

    We have been looking for a new vehicle for over 2 months now. My husband and I have test drove so many used SUV s I've lost count. We finally settled on a Honda CRV. We want a "Certified" used Honda so we have been looking for the best deal on a Certified Honda. We notice that Winter Haven Honda SEEMED to have the best prices for "Certified pre-owned Honda CRVs. Saturday, October 29, 2016 my husband and I drove 2 hours from Sarasota to Winter Haven Honda. We did find a used CRV that drove great. However, the interior was very dirty. There were shoe prints on the headliner. All the seats were very dirty. The armrest on both front seats were coated with dirt. The sun visor on the drivers side looked as if someone had melted chocolate on there fingers and there were brown fingerprints on the sun visor and on the headliner by the sun visor. The seats were so dirty I was afraid they were stained and not dirty. I told the salesman my complaints about the cleanliness of the inside of the car and he said that it had been "Pristine" at one time and that someone must have used the vehicle since it had been detailed. I asked at the time if I decided to purchase the vehicle would it be detailed and I was assured it would be. We drove home and later that evening we decided to go back the next day and purchase the CRV we test drove. I called the dealership that evening and told them we would be returning the next day to purchase the vehicle so I requested for the vehicle to be detailed ahead of time. I was assured it would be. The next morning, Sunday October 30, 2016, I called Winter Haven Honda AGAIN to confirm that my husband and I would be there to purchased the vehicle and I asked again to make sure the inside of the vehicle was detailed. We arrived at Winter Haven Honda around 3;30 and the inside of the vehicle had not been touched. I was very upset to say the least. The salesman asked what it was about the inside of the vehicle I was concerned about and I told him to just go sit in the vehicle. He did and immediately saw what I was talking about. He said he would send the vehicle back through detail. This time all that was done to the inside was someone wiped some of the shoe stains off the headliner. The salesman said "No offense but it is a used car". I told him that I'm sure some people would feel that $18,000.00 was nothing but to me it was a lot of money and I didn't think it was too much to ask for the vehicle to be clean. I have driven several used cars and that was the first time I had ever complained about the cleanliness of the inside of a car. It has now been a week and NOONE has called to apologize for the lack of professionalism and substandard quality of customer service. I am still looking for a used Certified pre-owned Honda CRV and I see a lot of them at Winter Haven Honda but I will not be making that trip again. If they cant take the time to spend an hour to properly detail the inside of a vehicle for $18,000.00 then business must be good. Also I would not trust the quality of their Certified pre-owned vehicles since it seems they have lower standards than other Honda dealers we've been to.
