    I have never been fond of the car-buying process, but Richard Blue has changed my mind on this! I have now bought 3 vans from him, and can't say enough about how professional and pleasant he made the car-buying experience. When buying my first van from Royal Gate, I had a salesman to begin with, that was less than pleasant, and I was ready to walk away from the deal. They brought in Richard to work with us, and he definitely had an uphill battle to win our business. That being said, he listened to my frustrations, took care of the issues we had, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our new car. I have sent him several referrals, and they have been just as happy as we are.

    Worst place I have ever had to deal with... Jeep repair never performed correctly, I was Charged to tell me what I already knew and never fixed the problem... Ruined my rear bumper putting in trailer hitch, charged me $75 to fix a tire leak (that never got fixed). Had to take jeep in three times to fix transmission... Ect, ect ect...
