I was disappointed that Jose Vidal did not show up for

I was disappointed that Jose Vidal did not show up for our appointment but it worked out well. Edgar Escobar, the salesman who took his place, was very knowledge about the vehicles I considered and was, over all, an excellent salesman. The manager, Jose Luis, acknowledged us and was very friendly. I have not seen not that friendliness much in previous managers. The gentleman in finance (don't remember his name but said he was originally from Senegal) was pleasant to deal with and certainly handled our financing well. Altogether a great experience!

Even though I was sold a more expensive truck than I had

Even though I was sold a more expensive truck than I had initially wanted,because the truck I was told was still available suddenly wasn’t available. We finally came to acceptable terms. I still message Gavynn for technical assistance and he helps when I ask.

This is my second time going to classic to purchase a car

This is my second time going to classic to purchase a car and our salesman Oscar always does a great job in explaining everything and just have a positive attitude. 10/10 I'll recommend him with family and friends.

My experience at Classic Chevy Sugar Land was hands down

My experience at Classic Chevy Sugar Land was hands down the best car-buying experience I've had—and that’s entirely thanks to Josue M., our sales consultant. What stood out the most was the lack of pressure. Unlike other dealerships that flooded my inbox with emails or called nonstop (some even made appointments without my consent), Classic Chevy was respectful from start to finish. Over a week, Josue worked patiently with my wife and me, showing us different trucks and promptly responding to our questions via text. He never pushed us to buy on the spot or upsell us into something we didn’t want. Instead, he focused on ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. He even took the time to show multiple versions of the same model, clearly explaining the differences.
