The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, never pushy, and made me feel comfortable throughout. A special shoutout to Sami Zakhary— he was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right car for me. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience stress-free. His knowledge about the car was impressive; from performance to tech, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. He was patient, honest, and truly cared about helping me find the right fit. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and it made a huge difference. Sami was a wonderful sales associate. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend him for your auto buying needs. We purchased a used vehicle that was in great shape. Luckily we were able to pay for it in full as the dealership policy is “no holds”. This is a policy that may lose customers that are getting financing in order. Herb Chambers may want to consider changing this policy to allow good faith customers an opportunity to complete their financing.

Sami was fantastic, and very upfront and honest about the process. He made this car purchase extremely easy and clear. I would highly recommend him as a sales associate. Herb chambers did have a few rules that I wish they would change. They should except a down payment and hold a car for a period such as 3 to 5 days , while the customer gets financing in place. Who shows up a dealer with 40 to $50,000 in their pocket? No one. Please change this policy Herb!
