Jim, a car salesman, had the audacity to to speak to us in such disrespectful and ignorant way while inquiring about purchasing a vehicle. I have never in my Life been spoken to this way, customer service is complete xxxx. Sleazy And Unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Great experience at west county Volvo -happy wife!
Bought a Volvo XC90 today. Our sales person Brandon Spraul was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Mat Iglehart business director was great too. The service crew who prepped our car to the nice sales person who though very busy got Brandon to help us. Great experience-you can feel the great culture there.

Stay far away from this place. Sleezy sales and finance people that will continually lie and not follow through. I wrote up a full timeline of my experience purchasing a vehicle here and shared with the manager (Steve). He did not seem to care at all. xxxx, he didn't even apologize. Purchased a car earlier this month and have been following up on my missing paperwork and deposit ever since. They apparently mailed it 2 weeks ago. Matt in finance pushed hard to increase the size of my loan. I told him I wanted to put $20k down but he still drafted paperwork for $10k saying that it's the "last of the free money" and to just pay off the difference immediately. Full details below. Nov 3 (thurs) -Test drove car & put $1k down - Volvo WC agreed to fix a door ding on the driver side - Sales guy Todd said he'd get replacement all weather floor matts since mine were taken -Met with Matt in Finance - Website advertising 3.5% interest rate but he said that was a mistake it's now 3.99% - I said ok and told him I'd like to put $20k down -Matt asked if I would be open to a lower interest rate if I put less down. I told him I'd consider it. Nov 9 (wed) -Arrived to complete purchase -Dent looked the same -Paperwork was already written with $10k down and 3.99% -Told Matt I wanted $20k down - Matt responded with this is the last of the free money, you're getting a good deal, bla bla bla -Also said I could just pay off the $10k immediately and it would be the same -Ended up meeting in the middle at $15k down and I just wanted to leave at that point Nov 15 (tues) -Followed up on the paperwork needed to get plates and my deposit refund -Todd said he he'd get back to me but never did Nov 18 (fri) -Followed up again and Todd said Matt would call me that morning -That did not happen so I followed up again -Todd called and said everything would be mailed Nov 25 (Fri) -I still have not received my deposit back or the paperwork need to register the car -I followed up once again and said he'd check when he got in -Then said offices were closed Nov 28 (mon) -Followed up with Todd again and he said he'd call someone named Jessica - Of course, I didn't hear from anyone Nov 30th -Called the manager (Steve) - He said Matt didn't recall any of that and he said he could send me a tracking number -No apology or resolution yet

They have the best service!! Tom Caulkins is top notch!! The dealership is very lucky to him!! If u r looking to buy look him up I promise u won’t be disappointed!!

My visit at West County Volvo was again very pleasant. The entire office staff, even the attendant who washes my car are all very courteous! My service advisor, Greg Hutton took car of me right away and the technician who repaired a very tedious and laborious job did so in a timely manner. Also, the wait is made tolerable due to a lovely wait area and coffee/ water bar.
Honest dealership!
Honest dealership! Purchased my first Volvo from them 13 years ago and when I needed a new car, this was the first dealership I called. They work really hard to help you find the right car at a fair price. Highly recommend Tom Calkins! He goes above and beyond - gives you excellent customer service like you are family! I liked working with him so much and found him to be so honest, I referred my parents to him to help them find a new car too! #volvofamily
Deceptive Practices
Deceptive and misrepresent offers. When I gave Stephen Lynch the opportunity to correct their mistake, he was worthless. Slipped in a $290 admin fee when the salesman know this was wrong

Not a happy customer
Very little communication. If I wanted to find out anything, I would have to call. Picked the car up and new warning lights were showing. Had further issues and felt very disrespected when I questioned their findings. I am not sure I trust them enough to take my car back in.

I am visiting in St Louis and needed my 130K service. I called Suntrup West County Volvo and spoke with Greg in Service. When I arrived, he was accurate on him estimated time and came in just under quoted cost. Thank you!
