Honest and SUPER EASY to deal with.

Honest and SUPER EASY to deal with. They service all the vehicles just like a big dealer without all the hassel and bogus fees. Very straight forward and didn't feel any pressure to buy. Even very helpful after the sale. 5/5 stars. Would def reccomend to family and friends!

Awesome place to buy a vehicle

I LOVE MY NEW CAR !!!!!!!

Buying my car was a great experience. The guys at the Fairlawn location were very laid back I like the fact that they did not pressure me into a car they matched me up with what I was looking for. I have had my car for almost a month now and I am happy with my purchase. In the future if I ever need to purchase another car I would definitely be going back to Legacy I would recommend those guys to anyone that is in the market for a car.

bad transmission, incorrect paperwork

Still waiting on legacy motors to fix the transmission that went out on the vehicle 2 days after it was purchased. The owner said he would pay out of pocket for the transmission and it was on back order. Legacy Motors would not replace the vehicle, return my money, or fix the car they sold me. Bought an extended warranty. Every time time I call they say the owner is not their. Ever since the 2nd day I've had the vehicle when I accelerate into traffic whether turning, or accelerating from a green light the car stalls and cars behind me are waiting on my to move, and/or I'm stuck in the middle of the lane with vehicles coming towards me and my 3 year old, and they aren't slowing down they assume I'm going to move my vehicle because I see them coming towards me and that's not the case, my car literally will not accelerate. This happens quite often at least a few times a day. I was also told that I had to wait for it to get worse before they would do anything. So what would be worse than being hit by a vehicle coming at you because your car wont accelerate....? Just fix the problem Legacy, I was sold a bad car with incorrect paperwork. Just fix what you said you would Legacy.
