After a car accident i purchased a vehicle from dealership on 10/4/2018 at 8pm. The car was a 2007 Nissan Altima. The person I bought it from was a man... named Kim price. As I pulled out of the lot the vehicle began to buck. I also noticed that the odometer speedometer and gas gauge were not working as well the 'check engine' light was on. Called and left a message. And the owner Daniel called me back at midnight and told me to return the car the next day. On 10/5/2018 I returned at 9am I returned to the dealership. The first person I saw was mr price. When I explained the situation to him. He actually told me to my face that I never should have bought a car from them and that the service department and does not do there job and if I wanted a Nissan I should have bought a car from a Nissan dealership and not reality auto. The dealer told me that the only way to fix the car was if I went and picked up the part for them. So they sent to the other side of Baltimore in my broken car to get the part for them. They said it only needed a sensor but when I got back and they started to work on the car and I noticed that they were welding under the car. The took hours and hours and I found myself late for work. When I told the owner that his broken car was costing me money he said 'will did you call them and tell them you would be late'. On 10/6/2018 I stopped to get the vehicle. The owner told me that they could not fix the speedometer and all other things in the panel because they didn't have the part and if I wanted to fix it I would have to buy the part when I completed moving to Connecticut and "maybe" he could pay me back. I asked the owner on MULTIPLE occasions that I had concerns about the transmission. He insisted that the transmission was fine. I left and 20 miles down the road the car began to buck again. I waited a day to see if maybe the new transmission fluid was needed to get through. But on 10/7/2018 the car was still bucking. I text the owner directly and attempted to call him. I told him the car was bucking and I wanted to make a change. The owner did not reply (I have all text messages saved if needed) On 10/8/2018 the owner text me. Not about the car. But because the bank had not deposited the funds yet. I took care of the issue and when I asked the owner about the transmission. He text me back that he had my back. I called three more times while I lived in Maryland and the owner and the company never answered or returned my calls. I moved back to CT and immediately contacted a lawyer and filed an MVA investigation. On 11/3/2018 while driving to work the transmission failed and the car is no longer able to drive.i called the dealership and too my surprise they picked up. The service manager was rude on the phone and when I said I wanted the car returned and the loan refunded told me 'well if the car is broken how did you drive it to CT' he then told me that they would not return my money. But if I paid over $500 dollars in towing that they would attempt to fix the car. But I had to pay half as part of the warranty. I explained that they sold me the car in this condition and that it was beyond an unfair thing to ask. That if the car was fine and just out of the blue broke that I could understand. But after never returning my calls and never attempting to fix it while I was in Maryland that the car never should have been sold I have since called multiple times and text the owner and no calls will be returned
This dealership is a scam! This dealership is in bad standing with state Maryland. I purchased an SUV in April 2018. They sold it with an active gasoline... leak as of today I cannot drive this vehicle and still paying a car note and insurance. The DMV and his bond companies will give you the runaround. It’s a shame how the state of Maryland let these ppl continue to rob ppl. On top of it all I’m riding Uber
I drove all the way from Pennsylvania to purchase on of the beautiful cars shown on Reality Autos website. The cars there were just as I saw them on their... site. The financing was quick and easy. The sales team was friendly and knowledgable. I will return next year to by a previously owned vehicle for myself and my daughter. Thanks cars.com for leading the way for me to find this awesome dealer.
thank you very much. We are in the disposition give you the best personalized service to our customers.
Everything in there smell fishy the soones you walk in this ex convict lot ....please do yourself a favor and dont even look back in that corner....they... done customers so wrong that KARMA WILL FALL ON THEM and strike them to the worse luck in this planet...
Have gone there several times looking for a Chevy Avalanche that is advertised on their website. Each time have been given a different reason as to why... it wasn't there and where it actually was. Sales person tried giving me keys to everything but, so finally I say ok let's get me approved and see how much down I need to get in this truck and BAM!!! sorry but or computers are down something with comcast ( but the whole time my cell is linked to there wifi because I have Xfinity mobile) I walked away when I was told it was being inspected then told it hadn't ever been brought to that lot from auction or wherever it was, but I still went back trying to give them a chance and now they have no internet and the boss never returned all day to give them an ETA on the truck. Bad sign I'm out
I can't wait to get me a truck. And this is where I'm coming. You have a great selection of trucks for great prices and I can't wait till... I get one.
Please stay away from this place! I bought a car after reading reviews and thinking it was just personality clashes. The car was sold with SO MANY PROBLEMS:... NO OIL, broken tire pressure sensor, broken oil pressure valve, electrical problems, emission problems, and so many other issues. My husband and I are in the process of filing a lawsuit and we WILL be filing a claim against this place with the BBB. It’s awful that they would take advantage of people like that and rip people off, putting people’s lives in danger just for money. They sell JUNK and tell you there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle. They’re nice until you sign the papers, the owner was a complete jerk to my face. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
This Dealer has multiple law suits and multiple MVA investigations look them up yourself. I have a soon to be pending civil case against them as well.... Stay away. Definitely unethical, unprofessional and untruthful. Buy at your own risk!!!
Bought a car four months later it won't start they dealer got but no one is telling me anything they keep sending to the service guy with is never... there customer service is good and they do help you get a car you just have to take some one that's knows cars to check them out so you won't buy the wrong thing like me.
I bought a used car from them and they lied about the car being rebuilt until I saw the papers. refused and delayed promised repairs for several weeks... and did an overall shoddy job of even washing the car...
