Excellent long distance service

I was recommended to Car Smart because of a previous bankruptcy and they were awesome to deal with! I also live 4.5 hours away and the process was smoother than dealing with local dealerships. Definitely recommend and would purchase a vehicle there again.


Happy customer

I love my car and had a great experience while buying it. Everyone I spoke to at CarSmart was professional and polite and I didn’t feel pressured at all. I will be back when I’m ready to purchase again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.


Misleading information, and they lie

I submitted my application on line and was told multiple times by the sales man I was going to get a good deal with low payments, that was a lie, I could have just stayed with carvana which was cheaper payments, and interest, and also the sales taxes included. Include your sales taxes with them and they'll raise your payments

Hi Maria! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. You were "pre-approved" with Carvana. They never pulled a credit report for you so I'm not sure how the terms they gave you would be accurate. It sounds as if you received a hypothetical of what payments and rates could be. I prefer to share the exact figures with my clients which includes the interest rate, term and monthly payment after we've submitted your loan to one of our preferred lenders. When you include sales tax in a purchase, it is an additional cost and would in fact raise your monthly payment. This would apply to any dealership. -Ted H.


Great customer service

Came in to purchase vehicle, Kevin was awesome. He got me in a Nissan Rogue with no $$ down and car pymt in my budget. So if you're looking for great customer service, ask for Kevin.

Denied Twice

Ted and Lara got me twice. Denied first time because of low credit score. Lara reached out by email and stated she wanted to help get me in a car. I had 500 down and a 2004 Kia Amanti with 96450 mi to trade in after waiting 2 days was denied again. Nothing but liars. Then Lara said the car sold overnight but she would keep looking such LIARS. Its been over 2wks. I was dumb enough to believe these false statements. I do have poor credit but thought this was an HONEST company. A waste of time if you have BAD credit. In my opinion Ted is NOT for poor credit people. LIARS and DECEIVERS. SHAME ON YOU.

Great service, no hassle or pressure from Diana. She took time to show features in car, and got a fair trade in value from I traded in. I recommend Diana without reservations. terrific deal especially for my credit

let cut to the chase i had terrible credit. I went in having no actual hope of getting approved but with ted and Ashley on my side not only did i get approved i drove away from car smart in a 2017 Chevy Malibu. My dream car i couldn't believe it . i just want to say thank u to car smart.

I bought a Dodge Charger from them

Well .. back in 2014 I bought a Dodge Charger 2011 from them and it was supposedly has no damage after awhile I wanted to polish my car and the body shop I was going to told me that this car has been an accident or something cuz the driver side has paint and the information label wasn?t there .. I called them they didn?t care, they wasn?t were even sorry and have no costumer service.. Anyway the car got totaled on no fault of me and I couldn?t get my money back out of the insurance cuz they found out the car was painted and I never knew about it.. It wasn?t a good experience with them .. I don?t recommend nobody to shop there ..

About 6 months after you purchased the Charger, it was involved in an accident and the areas damaged are consistent with the issues you've mentioned. This accident was reported to Car Fax.
