He and Ralph were extremely professional at all times and communicated with me often during the process. I was happy with the price of the vehicle and I appreciated the whole no-haggle experience. Megan also did a great job of handling the paperwork efficiently (about 15 minutes). Everyone treated us like we were the only people buying a car that day.
