    Purchased in early Sep with CASH money, was told title was on hand in safe at the dealership. At pick up was told the owner does titles and would have... to mail next week, packet came and NO title. Told us our DMV must have lost it opening it but the packet was never unstapled at our DMV. He then says it could have been the back page and they pulled it off. Yes they removed and trashed a piece of paper to keep me from PAYING them $5,000 in taxes for a tag? Said he would apply for lost title and mail to us. Never has come so I called yesterday (months later) and he is now saying it is the auction companies fault in TX for the delay. I called the auction company who told me he had to put the title in his name/dealership before selling to me and a replacement title would only involve him, not them. I asked to talk to the owner who is supposed to be the only one that can do titles based on what we were told the day I picked the truck up. I was told he was at a car auction, would not be able to hear me and he would give him my number to call. I asked a local deputy to go by and see if he could help us out. He called back 15 minutes later and said the foreign guy who owns the place, and was suppose to be at auction, was the man I just talked to at the dealership. So it appears after MANY false statements and months with still no title on a $41,500 lawn ornament we can’t get tags for, we will now have to spend even more for attorney fees to get this mess straightened out.

    Mr Frazier We really appreciate your business Sir all the way from the good state of TN ...However we do not appreciate the incorrect review . We... know how important reviews are and we think it is unethical to spin the facts in order to vent your frustration. Our motto is treat others better than ourselves. We have never had to respond to a poor review before. Per our conversation by text on January 13th, you were bringing a cashiers check to do business on January 15th, a Saturday. You knew we would not be sending you the title-work until the funds cleared. Upon your arrival is when we knew You changed the form of payment to $41,000 "CASH" money...mainly small bills. If we had known beforehand you changed your mind, we would have been more than happy to provide you the title at the time of delivery. As we have done on many occasion, We will happily have this if we know in advance. It is a fact the owner is the only one who processes our titles. On Saturdays, the owner is managing his Hotel in Atlanta. A singular title clerk is common practice in dealership. On the following Wednesday, January 19th , I sent you a text letting you know we were sending you the title-work that day and provided you the USPS tracking number 9505512421238261334453...and it arrived as scheduled on January 20th. Something happened to the title between Jan 20th and Sept 27th. Over a month later, September 27th , is the day you sent your wife to the DMV. This is also the day when the problem was discovered and the first we.d heard you lost the title. We did not point fingers, we went right to task and started the process to get the problem fixed. We sent you an additional temp tag and kept you updated with multiple text messages throughout the whole process. We are very understanding and I gave you the name of the Auction owner, and encouraged you to contact him as I wanted to provide you with some reassurance. . You did ask to speak to the owner and he couldn't speak then because he was in fact "buying cars from the auction" in another office. After I told you his "foreign"name ....you felt compelled to send a deputy 5 mins after we spoke, but...that's you Mike. The modern car auctions are online, and this is how we acquire our inventory. All the major sellers, Carmax , Carvana , etc .. buy inventory this way. Very rare these days to go to a literal car auction. We have processed over 70,000 titles with no issues. Collectively, we have over 50 years experience in the auto business and are blessed with an impeccable reputation and have served the Augusta area for over 25 years In conclusion, we quickly fixed a problem you created, A problem you created by waiting so long to do your titlework and in the meantime, lost the title. You received your new title Nov 27th. Only 1 month after notifying us. We kept you and Crystal informed the entire time. We have apologized every way possible, since ,during and after this . You even Thanked us many times along the way and retracted a positive review of us. We are sorry this happened, but we cannot allow you to share misinformation Kind regards Jalli and Jason

    My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Jason after viewing the Oncar website and finding exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough about this mans... character he is very down to earth, professional, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to accommodate us, answering our questions and concerns all while being transparent , caring, and stress free.     We researched online for a quality used Honda CR-V and were willing to drive three hours away to purchase one. We contacted Gary about the car he had... available and he made us a deal that kept us local. It was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. Gary is hands down the best and NICEST salesman we've ever encountered. He has good used quality vehicles and we will recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car. Thanks Gary!

    The minute I drove up I was greeted by the owner with a friendly smile and handshake. Out of the other car purchases I have made I would have to say this... was the easiest and most enjoyable. There was no stress. Unlike the typical call dealerships there was no pressure to buy anything. Took it for a test drive, arrived at a price, closed the deal and drove home. It was as simple as that. I would highly recommend On Car Automotive to anyone looking for a car. I will be making all my future automotive purchases from On Car Automotive.

    I saw the vehicle on Cars.com and immediately emailed the dealership (OnCar Automotives). With in minutes I was contacted by Mr. Jalli and set up a time... to come by and view the vehicle. I could not purchase the vehicle until Mr. Jalli had the title in-hand. When he received it, I purchased the vehicle and since we were from out-of-town, they deliver the truck. Excellent service. I would by fom this dealership again without hesitation

    I was very pleased with my car that I purchased from Oncar. I was a out of state buyer and had to put slot of faith in what was said about the car. They... shipped the car to me and it was even better than I expected. I am very happy with the car and the process was fair and easy.
