Somebody contacted me from this dealership , but I did not really want to talk on the phone. I have visited this dealership before, and I think the Salespeople are not really helpful, and the used cars that I am looking for are overpriced. I do my research, use Consumer Reports, Reviews and Kelly Blue Book. while I am shopping for a car. I always ask for the CArFax or any service records.

I bought my 2009 c300 from them like 3 years ago and I swear I never spend a penny on it they told me that they do smog and safety for the vehicle and it’s very nice. They helped me out with the oil change lately because I want to get mechanic to recheck my car the very nice people the very talkative and yeah very helpful. I’ve purchased many of cars in the day ! And I have to say this was truly the best experience I’ve had . No pressure to buy a car or a warranty They gave me a great deal for my little Volkswagen and everybody was so nice Angelo my sales guy to Al the finance mgr to the owner who made it a point to talk to us just about everything but the car we were buying . My husband needs a car so I’m 2 months we’re coming back to buy one from them ! You won’t be disappointed they are the best

This car stealing dealer tells you that he can sell your car and you leave him a title and he will sign it without you and transfer the car to another state and they don’t pick up the phone from you. I had an Audi A5 stolen like that. Now the police will deal with them. Before you buy a car here, check the VIN number in the dmv to make sure that this car is not stolen. they steal in California, they take them to Washington, and from there to here.

I bought a 2018 Fiat 500 with very low mileage from Kareem Auto and was told that they had it inspected and it was in great shape! I was asked to sign an “AS-IS” agreement which should have tipped me off to the trouble I was in. I had the car inspected by my mechanic and it needed all new wheels and a new frame! So much for trusting the dealership..and so much money I had to put into the car before I could even drive it… sorry I ever trusted Kareem Auto. BUYERS BEWARE!

Kareem Auto is one of the Best Dealers in CA. 6 years ago I purchased a vehicle. I bought it with 39000 miles never had a problem with it the car stood up until I sold it with a 175000 miles a 1000 miles and I would buy a car again from them because they are hones they are honest and they have great financing. My credit score was only 630 and they got me a 6 year loan with Is a 4.5% interest rate. My payment was only $400 a month on a 2011 Lexus 450 hybrid that got me 26 miles per gallon highway and city It was one of the best cars I ever owned.

Shady dealings. I bought a Honda Odyssey from Kareem Auto Sales for $16980 in July 2022. I paid for it and drove it home. A few hours later they called and were insistent that I return the vehicle THAT DAY because they didn't have the title documentation and were adamant that there was no way they would be able to obtain it. Kareem said they would have to ship the Odyssey back to the Nevada Auction house that they bought it from. So I had to return the car bringing a spare car/driver to get me back home (one and a half hour round trip). Rather than apologetic, the manager seemed irritated. They following week I week I received two phone calls demanding that I return my purchase contract. Two weeks later the car was back on their website listed for $5,000 more than I paid for it.
