This place is like an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese for grown-ups. Max Gee in finance might be the rudest person I've ever talked to until I spoke to his manager Chris Stead, New Car Manager. My guess is Chris trained Max Gee. All this over a customer's refund for my son's warranty. Called Max's Manager, and it only got worse. If this is how they treat customers before a sale, I'd hate to see how they treat customers. Buy Elsewhere. This place is like high school on steroids.
