Extreme Car Repairs

The Asst. Service Mgr Karenda was very attentive, knowledgeable and overall timely and sensitive to my needs. She explained what would be entailed in the repairs and offered me the best options. The repairs were completed timely. I would recommend her to others seeking service at Carl Hogan.

2018 Tacoma

was looking for a specific tacoma they did not have and there were also 2 trades in the deal that needed to be considered before I could move forward. They took the arrangement and financially made it a deal I could accept including finding the vehicle I wanted.

everyone was very nice and courteous.

I'm very glad the service department is staying open on Saturdays. it accomadiates working people. the service man explained all to me which was very helpful.

Great experience. Great people. Always so helpful!

Always the fastest service always every time. All the service people are so, so helpful. They are so knowledgeable. Would not take my vehicle any where else

Great Service

I pulled into the service bay after 3 in the afternoon with a dying alternator. Nikki came out to get my information. From the outset, her attitude was "whatever you need, we'll make it happen" and SHE DID! Fantastic customer service! Joshua Ferguson gave me a ride home. There was good communication from Nikki, and I was able to pick up the car by closing time. Truly the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Thank you

Happy Happy Happy!

My experience with Carl Hogan has always been good. This is the 5th car we have bought. The 4Runner is an excellent means of transportation. This is the family’s 5th 4Runner. That speaks for itself.

Service problems adequately resolved.

Had battery change & remote battery change. Dropped car off @8:30am. Called back @2:30pm or so to check on status of unit as not yet heard back. They checked & said it was ready. Picked unit up no problems. Vacuuming the front floorboards would have been nice. I was overall satisfied w/my service experience.

Lana was great, she waited on me promptly and she told me she was going to take care of me and she did. At the end she went over all my paper work with me.

Service Department

I scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, and blinker bulb replacement for 10:00 on a busy Saturday. Joey was waiting for me as I drove into the service area. In at 10 - out at 10:50. Great service department!

another great job

brought my truck in for a battery problem- wasn't holding a charge. was told it was an alternator. Lana then explained my options and the cost of each option. the part had to be ordered so l was going to go home and come back in the morning after the part arrived. As I got in to leave she asked if I would mind leaving my truck and she would have a loaner for me later that afternoon. I said Ok and one of the technician drove me home. I later decided that I did not need the loaner and told her when she called me to tell me the loaner was ready. She then said she would call me in the morning when it was ready. Great service, Great people to deal with and Lana was especially helpful in explaining my options and offering me a loaner if needed.
