Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan... was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai. We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive. Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal. I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver. Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came. Looking for a new car? Head to Coughlin Hyundai Heath and you will never regret it.

Waiting for repairs is not a problem. Sit back use the WiFi and relax. The service department has always worked with my schedule. Never felt like they... were rushing me in and out.

I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe to Coughlin Hyundai for its regular oil change on Monday and, as always, the service was excellent. All of the service technicians... seem to do a great job and Audra, the service advisor, does an especially great job. I bought a 2009 Santa Fe from Coughlin Hyundai years ago, when it was new, and the excellent performance of the Service Department is a major reason why I traded it in on a 2017 Santa Fe.
I had the best experience purchasing a used Honda Accord from Coughlin Hyundai. I had found the car online and when I contacted the dealership, I received... an immediate response from sales associate Jaime Nott. He facilitated everything from the test drive to the financing and purchase. Everything was quick and easy.
Please keep an open mind as you begin to read this review, it gets better I promise. I had bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Coughlin Hyundai in Heath,... Ohio. They did everything they could to get me that vehicle. Sadly the vehicle didn't start after having it for barely a week, Coughlin worked on it and paid for all the expenses considering the circumstances. After having the vehicle back it had to go to the shop again for minor issues, again they took care of everything and helped me out a lot. After getting the vehicle back a second time, it ended up not starting again. Very flustered I called Joe at Coughlin and he helped me get the new Mazda that I am currently driving, no money out of pocket and is towing the Mini Cooper away from my house for free also. Overall very pleased with how they handled my situation, as awful as it was. They were outstanding and I understand that it was the vehicle that was bad, not them. Even though I bought a vehicle "as is" with no warranty whatsoever, Coughlin helped me get into a new car that I love with no hassle because they understood the situation.

Our experience with Coughlin Hyundai is off the charts. The sales process was great. Chip Price, our salesman was fair and above board. I felt he was advocating... for us throughout the sales process and I felt entirely comfortable with the purchase. But it didn't end there. We started encountering some transmission issues that we took to a more local Hyundai dealership with no improvement. I replied as such to one of Chips several follow-up emails and he convinced me to bring it in (which is a 2-hour drive for us). I also had some fender bender body work to be done which is done at another Coughlin location. Chip coordinated the entire experience between the body shop and the service department, I didn't have to worry about a thing once I got it there. That leads to the incredible work of the service department. I ended up having a flawed transmission. Steve in service, with Chip still in the picture, advocated for me and without any formality or pressure or letters or appeals, he worked with the Hyundai engineers and was able to get a whole new transmission for the car... under warranty. I got the car back, cleaner than when I left it, with the body work done, a new transmission, and a VERY satisfied Coughlin Hyundai customer.

Obviously I wish you hadn...'t had an issue with your Elantra in the first place, but I am very pleased that you trusted Chip and Steve enough to allow us to work on your behalf to find a solution. My wife and I recently purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Elantra from Coughlin Hyundai. Shawn was very knowledgable, courteous and honest. I never felt for... one second that I was being pressured in any way. In fact, the feeling was very much to the contrary. Shawn never put us on hold, never made us wait and was very respectful of our time -- throughout the entire process. Settling on a fair price took only a few minutes. Between the substantial Hyundai cash back incentive and an ample discount below invoice from the dealer (before incentives), we paid what I believe was very close to a used car price for a high quality brand new car. Shawn and the staff at Coughlin made the entire experience very easy and remarkably enjoyable. I've bought several new vehicles over the years and this was hands down the easiest and best purchasing experience I've ever had.
I found Caughlin online at Cars.com while searching for a new Hyundai Santa Fe and worked with Tom Willard over the phone about what I was looking for... and the cars I looked at so far. Tom worked with finance which called me to see about changing from a Limited model to the GLS model with the Ultimate package which put the vehicle into the price I wanted to spend. Tom drove the vehicle over to my work that day so I could look it over and we bought it two days later. It was great working with Tom and the rest of the staff at Coughlin Hyundai.
