I was in on the 21st to look at a Santa Cruz. Chip was excellent. I decided to buy the vehicle and the team got me approved and we made the trade in a couple hours. Very nice professional Team. The Dealership is excellently managed and maintained.

Hyundai is a terrible vehicle full of service issues. Terrible customer service from Service Department, General Manager, and the owners. They won't even return calls. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership over the years. So much for loyalty to their customers!

Chip went above and beyond to find my car.
Chip went above and beyond to find my car. I had been to other dealers and was told no inventory and not able to order. After 3 months of this. I walked into Coughlin Hyundai and met Chip and he told me he would get me a car. The next day he not only got my car but it was exact car I would have ordered. He sent his guys to pick my car up and the rest was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this dealer especially Chip and Joe. Love my new Santa Fe Hybrid. This is my third Hyundai and am loyal to their brand.

One of the best experiences I've had of buying a new car. They were willing to deal they listened to all of my wants and needs. Taveon Swift was one of the nicest salesman and would not let me leave until he sold me a new car,I will be back and would recommend Coughlin Hyundai to anybody that would ask me.

Con Artists
Dealership ran a separate hard inquiry credit check without my permission even though I was already approved through Capital One, and I specifically stated I DID NOT want them to run my credit through any other banks. They also low balled me BIG TIME on my trade in so they could offer it for sale for $4,000 more than they gave me. (They listed my trade in for hundreds more than I bought it for BRAND NEW 2 1/2 years ago!) Additionally, I STILL have not received my second key fob, which you're supposed to get when purchasing a brand new vehicle (2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited). They're no better than your typical dealership...straight con artists. Oh, and they said they "detailed" my car, but it still has residue all over the paint that I cannot get off myself. What a joke. Don't give these con artists your business.
