They were efficient and friendly took me right in even though I schedule at the wrong shop.

The customer service here is non existent. The service managers are true jerks and lazy. I left several voicemails for them to call me so there would be no disruption for the service and they were too lazy to call back after the voicemails or answer the phone when I called. The service department is a joke and I regret buying a service agreement.

Got checked in after arriving, went over service requested and cost. While waiting in waiting area was notified as soon as service was completed. Waiting area was clean and had lots of amenities.

Rick was absolutely amazing! My Jeep had been stalling out and dying randomly as I was driving it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest, respectful, and provided an extremely realistic estimate for everything that needed to be done. He did not pressure or scare me into spending more money than I needed to at that moment. He just provided information and advice, which was so greatly appreciated. I will be back, and I will require that he is the only one to work on my vehicle. He has gained my trust and respect, which is insanely hard to come by when working with mechanics. Thank you again, Rick. You made my situation much less sucky. Rick - thank you for your help. You even kept my Jeep overnight to ensure it would drive properly the next day. You went above and beyond.

I had multiple repair issues with my Jeep. Initially they diagnosed my issues and implemented the repairs only to find one of my issues was a unique, unusual problem which took weeks to further diagnose and resolve. Parts ordering and sequencing of repairs could have resolved the problems sooner but overall the technician's dedication to getting the job done right won the day. I am happy with the results.

I've always been afraid to take my car to the dealer because I was under the impression it was gonna be so expensive when you are out of warranty.
