The service I received from Joshua Lopez was great. I have been working with him on finding a car. I had went to look at a previous vehicle but it had been sold by the time I had arrived. About a month later another car became available which Joshua was able to help find the car and start the purchase process. He never made me feel pressured any time during the sale. He is very knowledgeable and professional. For this reason I would highly recommend Echo Park to family and friends.

Excellent Customer service!
My husband and I wanted to purchase a Used vehicle and LaMarcus helped us! The experience was nice he was very patient. We chose 5 vehicles we wanted to see and we only saw 3 and ended up taking the first one we got in! We are very happy with our new to us Vehicle! I would definitely recommend.
Wonderful Experience at EchoPark - Grand Prairie
We bought a Nissan Rogue at EchoPark - Grand Prairie on November 28 and it was the best Car Buying Experience that we have ever encountered. Working with Lilia to identify and test drive cars was GREAT! Working with Charles Bright for the Close out paperwork process was EXCEPTIONAL. Good, horrible and good again
The buying process was smooth and the staff was helpful, until I purchased the vehicle. I told tha man handling my account that I had a 3 hour drive to Dallas and I only had a certain day (Friday) to do it. The car had to be shipped from Houston. My salesman told me that it should be there on Thursday. I never received word that the car made it. I tried emailing, texting and calling 3 people that I had dealt with. I did not receive a return call. I called the dealership?s main number and waited 30 minutes on hold (all the while hearing that my call was important). I finally got through to someone who couldn?t tell me anything. I asked to speak to a manager. They took my number, but no one called. On Friday morning, I still didn?t know if my car was there or not. I finally received a call from Kyle. He told me that the car wasn?t there, but might be coming later in the day. Again, nothing definite. Later, he texted me and told me the car was on its way. We drove 3 hours and got a text saying that the vehicle did not arrive. That, of course, was frustrating. Three hours one way for nothing. No explanation and no apology. We continued to the dealership and met Harry and a manager. They were great. They listened, apologized and were sympathetic to our situation. They found a similar car in their inventory and we ended up purchasing. Those 2 men redeemed the experience.
