    i needed my car fixed with the knowledge of knowing what was wrong with it- as i work on cars myself too. When i gave my car to a nice young man named Tony Indelicato i told him "my car is having problems" (without him knowing that I knew what was wrong with it). He took my car and ran some diagnostic tests' on it and told me what was wrong, with my car. I was very pleased and happy because I knew what was wrong with it from the start, but he did not know that. I'm happy because he did not try to haggle with me and try to tell me i need this this and that.

    Spent 9 hours there aggregately (took forever). Sales associate and sales manager were awesome. At the end of the process (as we are signing the contract), a member of their team kept belittling and speaking down to my mother (a women who is a senior member of her company and owns 2 successful business). I politely requested they stop or we would leave. They did not so we left. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

    Loved this dealership day 1. Darryl and Jerry were amazing. We purchased 2 vehicles from them in just a little over a month. They were great until there was an issues. One of the vehicles was total prior to even making the first payment. Failure on their end to send payments for cancelled services to the finance company resulted in additional incurred debt to us. Emails to Customer Service, and the GM were not returned. Multiple phone calls, not returned. As of today, the finance company has only received one of the two payments Don Brown stated they sent.

    We were looking for a four door 4x4 truck that would fit into our budget, Darryl Bills in the pre owned department showed us several trucks, however one beauty caught our eye, he explained that it had not been serviced yet as they had just received it, but he took the time to research the price for us, when we test drove it we knew that was the one for us it had everything we desired it was the right color, had 4 doors, and was a 4x4. At first we were disappointed, because due to our trade in truck we almost couldn't get the vehicle, however Darryl had patience, they worked with us, and made sure we were very happy with our purchase. I recommend Don Brown to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle, good customer service, and very friendly staff.
