My wife and I were looking for a nice, well-maintained, low mileage, late model luxury car. Having lived in the Hall/Gwinnett/Forsyth county areas all my life I've notice Ewing Motors many times in the past. They always seem to have really nice looking vehicles for sale. However, I had never stopped to look at any of them, and generally bought new cars, or used cars from traditional name-brand dealers. After looking around, my wife decided that the Infiniti M37 on Ewing's lot was the one she wanted - she test drove it while I was out of town on business - she's smooth like that. :) I always dread the car-buying process. It has traditionally been confrontational, took too long, and I generally came away with a 'bad taste in my mouth', as the saying goes, feeling taken advantage of and just plain fatigued. I am happy to report that every single step of the (very short) process was as friendly, no-pressure, honest, and forthright of an automobile purchase experience that I've ever had, or ever even hoped to have. Rob was very helpful to my wife the day she drove the car initially, and when we went to purchase the car after I got back to town, J.R. Ewing handled the transaction from start to finish. The final sales price of the car we bought and the value he gave for our trade were both fair (I know - I did tons of research beforehand). He was polite, friendly, spoke of his family in a genuine way - not as a sales gimmick as some folks do, and seemed like a very nice guy. And he was efficient in processing the paperwork and was able to get us on our way in short order. I promise - this is a real review from a real buyer. And I can say that I can only hope to have such a pleasant experience the next time I buy a car. I truly believe that it will be possible if I am able to buy that car from Ewing. I will recommend Ewing as a fair and friendly dealer to anyone I can, and really can't say enough about how nice the buying experience was. Our many thanks! I recently purchased my second vehicle from Ewing Motor Company. I shopped around at other dealerships and car lots, but when it came a making a purchase I would not want to do it anywhere else than Ewing Motor Company. In both instances I had a good idea what I wanted, luckily with Ewing Motor Company it was only a matter of time before they had what I wanted on the their lot. This last vehicle purchase I came in a little before 6 pm on Friday night and drove out with a new to me car by 6:35 pm. Michael stayed a little late to get me in the truck that I wanted that evening. There are a lot of good dealerships out there, and I know/know of several people in the new and used vehicle business. Ewing Motor Company is the only place I will buy a vehicle and the only place I will refer a friend. Great place even greater people.
